Good stay

Staff were courteous and kind. Rooms were clean. Beds were a little hard for my liking but good. I liked the breakfast which had a good selection. The pool and hot tub had an excessive amount of chlorine. The water was at a good temperature in the pool. Loved the view of the ocean from the balcony. Overall a great price for the room we stayed in.

Get Away

Room was great, just what we reserved. Clean, bed was comfortable. The sliding glass doors however didn't slide either way (need some work or replaced) although we were on the 3rd floor, reasonably safe, there was no way to lock the sliders (parts of lock missing). Breakfast Friday morning I was wishing I was somewhere else, and I'm normally not a picky person. The biskets were hard hard, the sausage links may have been from the day before, the hashbrowns (potatoe pattys) a little burnt and the gravey was COLD, did someone turn off the slow cooker? My waffle turned out good (fake butter) but good. No yogurt, there was cold cereal and coffee was hot I do understand that the hotel is reopening after being closed for a while...I guess it will depend on what your expectations are...

Quiet, reasonable rates

We had a pleasant weekend stay in the office season. We were put in a quiet part of the hotel, away from families which was a nice gesture. We got a great rate and enjoyed our time in Ocean Shores

Don’t stay here

Was not how the pictures looked at all! The heat did not work in our room so we got offered a space heater, mind you I had a 4 year old with me so that was not an option. I asked for a new room, at 11 at night we moved rooms to a room the tv volume did not work and the tv only stayed on for maybe 10 min at a time before it shut off! The pool was warmer than the hot tub! I will not be staying here again and I would not recommend it!!

Not very ADA compliant or disabled friendly

When I checked in with 2 service dogs they kept requesting their "registration" paperwork and even after showing them the ADA website stating there is no registration in the US, they kept asking for paperwork. They then went on to say how people "tried to take advantage" of service dog laws when their pets weren't service dogs. I tried to explain that yes, that does happen, and the majority of them provide "registration" documents that were bought online, instead of just providing answers to the 2 questions the ADA states can be asked. No true SD handler is going to have an issue answering those questions. If they insist on just showing a document and refuse to answer what tasks the dog is trained to do, chances are they are not an actual SD. They also wanted to charge me an additional "cleaning" fee because of having the service dogs, yet the room was very dingy and not very clean to begin with. The bathtub had a black ring under the splash guard before the actual tub started. There were discolored areas on all the walls, along with scratches. The bed sheets had discolored areas on them when the comforter and top sheet was first pulled down, prior to our dogs even being on the beds. The room was very small and not very disabled friendly. The heater/AC was about 8" from one of the beds. The outlets were very weird and our phone chargers kept falling out. The cord to my Mama's BiPap wouldn't stay in either of the outlets that were near the beds.

very improved and helpful

I stayed here a couple of years ago and it was so-so but it has really improved the rooms have been remodeled and its very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I lost my phone while there and they were great and helped me find it. The Pool was closed but it is winter. I will definitely stay again.

Save your money & don’t stay here!

The shower and sink were not clean. It hardly met American cleanliness standards. The sausages served at breakfast on Saturday were cold & barely cooked at all. The orange juice tastes like it needed to be dumped because it had a fermented taste to it like it had alcohol in it. The black grunge at the bottom of the sink hole was black & there was mildew under the ridge of the shower was so disgusting that I would never use it, nor would I ever recommend this facility at any price point to anyone that I cared about. From my perspective, if the bathroom isn’t clean it’s extremely hard to trust that anything else in the room is clean even if it looks neat.
