Laureles area is safe, the hotel always smells good as it's clean, people is very very kind, rooms have space and things you need like refrigerator, microwave and more.. the only thing missing is to do laundry there even at extra cost, but no issue as there are in the area too. I recently stayed at this hotel in Medellín, and honestly, I was surprised at how affordable it was for the quality they offer. The mattresses were super comfortable, and the sheets and linens were top-tier, which made for an amazing night’s sleep. It’s also incredibly quiet, so if you're like me and need to rest well after work, this is the place. The location is a huge plus too—there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which was super convenient. One of my favorite parts was the beautiful terrace with a jacuzzi. It was spotless and the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. They also have a great coworking space, which came in handy for me. Honestly, I feel like this place is still a hidden gem, but once more people find out about it, prices will probably go up. Definitely worth taking advantage of it now

The first thing I did not like was that The person at the desk wanted to overcharge for the room. The beds were too small, the bathroom super small, I asked for napkins they did not have, too much noise around the building, and music most of the night starting Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
