Hotel mentioned about breakfast included, not true. Serve you a small bkfst with either juice or coffee. If you wish to eat more or consume additional drinks they will charge you. And charge you as if you are eating at the airport (prices).
Don’t have enough hotel resources for example. Asked for an iron and took it back due to someone else needing it.
For additional people to stay they charge in US dollars $100 per person. Other hotels I had stayed at don’t even charge nothing close to that. Maybe the owner is trying to get rich quick. Stay away.
On check out.. receptionist do not communicate well with eachother. Prior date for check out the day shift receptionist guy called me waking me up that I needed to check out. I reminded him to read his notes and I had scheduled an agreed later check out time with hotel. He said he apologized and blamed it on prior receptionist didn’t inform him. Where’s the communication?!
I won’t be staying at this hotel again overrated and poorly managed. Be warned.
