The whole exterior of the building was under construction. I don't remember that mentioned. They had a huge scaffolding rig and were running jackhammers every day, starting at about 8am. Ended at about 4-5pm. Debris was falling off the building all the time. They had temporary structural support beams everywhere. I was weary of even staying. It looked unsafe. Parking was a mess. Someone kept taking my condo's spot. The only upside was the condo was clean and the beach location. I do wish they had laundry units in the condo.
