No complaints at all about the facility. Very clean, nice modern bathroom with privacy Other guests were quiet and I like how parking was assigned. The area isn’t the best ….i keep the air on so street and outside noise didn’t disturb me. Comfortable place to stay

Outside noise from cars, horns, walkers and other vehicles was very loud. Sparse amenities. No lamp, wash cloth or top sheet on bed. Lighting needs improvement. Security was good, but challenging to open and close. Please put signage up to assist at entry areas. Images sent in text ok, but difficult to see.

I have been traveling to Tampa area for work for nearly 25 years and I have stayed at many different hotels, this house was much nicer and had all the comforts of home, no horrible smoke or moldy smelling rooms, everything was clean and comfortable the bathroom was perfect and . The check in process was fast and convenient. I will definitely be staying here again soon. In addition to the comfortable room I also saved money compared to the local hotels.

It was excellent for the price. It was missing some stuff to do some cooking. it was missing some stuff to cook. Oil, salt, pepper. can opener ,,, So check what is there before doing your grocery.
