Clean room, but no air con working, so had to have window open all night, but don't think aircon working any where in hotel. Problems with Electric keep going off and our room near the generator so with window open all night we kept getting dustrubed with the noise of generator. Would stay again but only if a good cheap price / offer on. Wouldn't pay normal price

Nice pool and hotel decor. However, room was very small and too hot as aircon was totally ineffective. Not nearly as good a hotel as other Ramadas I have stayed in around the world. Disappointed.

Ok stay, all though a little dissapointed

Ok hotel, apparently new, but so many broken things in the room that needed to be fixed: Power socket not working, several things in the bathroom. AC in the restaurant was lesking water on the food during breakfast. Service oriented employees, good cleaning and good varities during breakfast

Close to Dalaman airport so you will notice sound of planes taking off or landing even at night. clean rooms, very good breakfast. Our room running water stopped suddenly in the morning while taking shower and the receptionist! Who could speak English eventually was able to fix the problem in an hour!

Brand new property very close to Dalaman airport. Staff is very nice and courteous, phenomenal environment. Pool and just great hotel rooms are nice clean and modern. I forgot seal my clothes. The hotel stuff contacted me and will ship it to me. You will not get from any other hotel in the US or any other country.

Schönes Hotel nur 5 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Wir buchten 2 Standard Zimmer mit Balkon und bekamen ein Mini-Zimmer und ein richtig Großes . Der Preis war für beide gleich, also besser noch mal genau die Bedingungen anschauen. Das Personal war freundlich aber sehr langsam und wenig hilfreich.

À éviter absolument !!!

Chambre très petite et dangereuse avec un clou mis à l envers sur le parquet qui a perforer le gros orteil à mon mari et en allant prendre ma douche j ai été écorcher par une lame de barre de douche qui était dévisser et très apparente sur la fesse droite ce qui m’ a gâcher ma dernière semaine de vacance car je ne pouvais plus m’assoir et je me Suis cognée au coin du lit car très peu d espace pour circuler à peine 30 cm et cela à plusieurs reprise, et le pire dans une ville où il fait 34 degrés minimum il y a eu une coupure d eau mais plus une seul goutte ni au wc ni à la douche rien du tout durant toute la nuit et aucun geste de la part de la réception ce que nous n avons pas apprécier compte tenu du fait que je travail moi même en hôtel 4* et que si un client avait subi cela je lui aurai laissé un late check out gratuit ou une nuit pour me Rattraper mais eux nous ont dit désolé c est pas notre faute c est la ville et nous on demander 50€ de plus pour garder la chambre 2 heures de plus sachant qu’on est pas des mendiant mon mari et moi avons louer sur booking une autre chambre 3x moins cher et 10x mieux. Sinon piscine trop froide car situer dans l ombre à partir de 17h et trop de Vent l aéroport est à 5 km et on entend les avions

Dalaman delight

Perfect stay for a late night arrival into Dalaman in the UK. Difficult flight but we’re welcomed hardly at the hotel which is so close to the airport and it was so comfortable and a delight. Breakfast was brilliant.
