Lejligheden er rigtig fin til et ophold i Milano. Super nem transport ind til byen med sporvogn 3 min fra lejligheden. 2 store værelser med plads til 4 og en stor fælles altan, der fungerer som spiseområde. Lejligheden kommer med 1 kogeplade og et få antal små kasseroller, pander og meget basic tallerkener og bestik. Til gengæld kommer den ikke med noget til at vaske det bruge service op med, hvilket man selv må føle sig tvunget til at købe, såfremt man ønsker at bruge køkkenet (hvilket er ideen med en lejlighed med køkken). Køkken redskaberne er begrænset og man skal være opmærksom på manglende klude, opvaskemiddel og svampe samt andet køkken udstyr som skal købes ekstra til den specifikke overnatning i nærliggende supermarked.

The neighborhood is so loud. It was 3 in the morning and people are still laughing outside. Inside the hotel smells cigarette. Too expensive for the condition and location.

Precio absurdo en relación a la calidad.

Sinceramente no tengo palabras para describir la terrible experiencia en el alojamiento. CONTRAS: Desde un primer momento nos dieron una habitación errónea, solo para cambiárnosla por una con todos los electrodomésticos deteriorados y oxidados, la nevera ni siquiera prendía y la terraza estaba increíblemente sucia, no se podía comer ni sentarse ahí. La persiana de una de las habitaciones no bajaba y aunque la arreglaron al día siguiente, ni siquiera se preocuparon en limpiar un poco la habitación. Las sábanas, cobertores y toallas no estaban limpios, de hecho salimos con múltiples picadas de insectos y afecciones en la piel. Las camas eran dos individuales con una bajera encima, no una cama matrimonial. Se escuchaba muchísimo ruido de las otras habitaciones en la noche. No hay ningún supermercado cerca, solo una panadería medianamente decente. A 40 min del centro de la ciudad. Las fotos no tienen NADA que ver con la realidad de las habitaciones. PROS: El chico de la recepción era agradable y realmente trató de ayudarnos. La conexión con el centro de la ciudad es sencilla. Aunque tardas 40 min, si tienes el bono de turismo, sale rentable.

Don’t bother….

Arrived and reception were great. About 50 mins from the main station by metro and tram. The hotel is covered in scaffolding and sheets so you can’t actually see that its the hotel at all. As most people book a room with their eyes from a website or brochure, you expect to find what you see. Our room we expected should have had a bed and a sofa opposite. What we had was 2 very cramped bedrooms, no side tables. There’s no hangers in the very dated wardrobes. The bathroom was filthy. Filthy shower curtain, sealant was in huge lumps at each end of the bath, shower attachment fell off the wall because it wasn’t fixed properly. After a shower the water flooded under the bathroom wall into the little hallway in the rooms. We told reception on the way out because we lay our towels on the floor to soak it up. They said they’d fix it. In the evening on our return we found the towels still on the floor. Not sure if they re sealed after I shouted or before we got back but the dirty lumps of sealant was removed and I think a small child must’ve been employed to put new sealant round the bath. It is that bad! And they must’ve walked in that bath with muddy boots because it’s that dirty. Also, sealant around the toilet was put but that didn’t stop the loo from rocking whilst you did your business. As I say, reception staff are good and helpful but I’d not stay here again. There’s also no restaurants but the bar opposite is great!

Good bargain

The apartment is very spacious, and the mattress is very nice and soft. Not far from the tram station so transport-wise is alright. However, the overall cleaning requires improvement, especially for the bath tub. And the electrical compliance like desk light and kettle do not fit into the plug. Very inconvenient in this.

we changed the rooms 2 times because of unlock the door and coming out many ants. we paied double this hotel but did not get my money back. what a terrible situation. We are still waiting their reply but no answer.

La chambre etait juste sale. C'etait degoutant. Il y avait encore 1 coton tige etc. Ensuite la chasse d eau fuyait. Nous avons appele la réception qui a envoyé une personne qui nous a expliquée que c'etait normal. La cuisine etait inutilisable, le syphon fuyait et innondait tout. Du coup nous avons juste achete des plats a rechauffer au micro ondes. Je voyage énormément pour montravail et a l'étranger, je peux vous assurer qu'en 20 ans de commercial dans le monde, c'est la premiere fois que je vois cela. Nous avons ete contraints de faire 2 nuits sur les 3. Je concois la vétusté d'un logement et des couts de renovation prohibitif. Par contre c'est anormal de proposer un logement sale, de ne pas permettre l'utilisation de la cuisine ou reparer une chasse d'eau qui fuit. Je mets presque jamais de commentaires, apres des centaines de nuits sur hotels.com, mais la ... Fuyez !

Familienurlaub

Im Grossen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt ganz ok. Das Personal war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Leider wurde nur in gewissen Zeitspannen geheizt und so wurde das Zimmer über Nacht ausgekühlt. Das Warmewasser war ca. 30 Grad warm mann konnte nur schlecht Duschen bei den Aussentemperaturen. Im Frühling ist der Aufenthalt sicher angenehmer. 😅
