We would stay here again.

We liked the hotel. Great location. It was being rennovated, but it was cozy comfortable and quiet. Great bars and restaunts close by, walking to pri ters ally and the Ryman. Broadway was an easy walk.

Handy hotel

Loved the building, the location, the room and generally the staff. Only thing disappointing us was not having our room serviced at least once, fresh towels, empty trash, make bed etc, during our 5 night stay. I did request once but nothing happened.

Very enjoyable stay - Thank you for everything.

We stayed in Nashville from April 13-16th. The accommodations were close enough to walk to Broadway and back in the evenings. Hotel staff was pleasant and checked in via text to see how we were doing throughout the trip. We had one question regarding our final day and it was immediately answered. We asked for and received a later checkout and if they would hold our luggage for us since we had a flight much later in the day compared to our checkout. Everything went smoothly. The hotel was in beautiful condition and I did not see anything or experience anything that would give a reason for a complaint. I look forward to returning to Nashville one day and will definitely consider Bluegreen Downtown first. Thank you.

Moldy

This place does the bare minimum. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful and the water pressure was great, but I would not stay here again: - Only 1 elevator was in service for my whole stay, so it took 3 minutes to arrive sometimes and we always had to squeeze in with a bunch of other people. - The room was not clean - the floor was dirty when we arrived, and the bathroom had a ton of mold/mildew in the shower. No housekeeping during our 2 night stay. - No blackout curtains

Great Hotel! Great Stay! Clean! Printer's Alley!

Great Hotel!! Great stay! Small room, but just a place to sleep and very clean! Quiet! Great shower! No carpet was a little weird - not used to that - but it was fine! Probably cleaner than carpet. Good location - it didn't take long to walk just about anywhere we wanted - except be aware - there are lots of hills to walk up and down to get to Broadway and just about anywhere - but Printer's Alley - that is literally right around the corner. Just a hotel - no pool or restaurant, etc. BUT we didn't need any of that. Front desk associate extremely nice and helpful as well as the girls at the activities desk. Had breakfast at 417 Union which is only a block away and was very good. Walked to Johnny Cash museum, Broadway and Ryman Auditorium.

The price was right compared to other hotels in the Printer's Alley area, which is where I like to stay. It's right next door to Hotel Indigo. Don't do the valet parking - you can find a cheaper parking spot in the Printer's Alley garage just a block away through Spot Hero.

The staff at the front desk were absolutely delightful, friendly, helpful, accommodating and funny! The hotel was clean and beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. Every worker and guest that I encountered during my stay couldn’t have been nicer. The location was within walking distance to Broadway, yet far enough away that you don’t hear the bustling nightlife, and conviently located at the end of Printers Alley. I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else.
