一次不错的住宿体验，此酒店就位于旧货市场斜对面，很好找····酒店的服务人员也很nice,看到我们的行李很多，主动帮我们提行李到客房。。而且还是个超级大帅哥。。房间不大，但是很干净，床对面就是阳台，他家阳台是连通的··走出去就可以看见旧货市场和库拉河。一楼大厅旁边有个蒂凡尼bar,晚上还有酒会，进去坐坐听听异国歌曲。。挺有情调的···

Georgia was 74 countries i visited and this hotel was worst hotel 1- start from airport when i came and i don,t find anyone from hotel wait me Although i sent email and hotel asked 35 Dollar . i agree and i sent my fly number and the time.and this make me in risk with taxi Mafia and he took more than 100 dollar . when i asked Receptionist he told me that he don,t know nothing and i show him email he said sorry for that 2- I was in room 501 and when start sleep start live Music on roof was very noice my question for the manger that i asked 2 time to talk to him? is this Hotel ?people pay for take rest 3- start breakfast and i don,t think people in this resturant knows anyting about HACCP?and why the music is loud in breakfast time .i asked the girl that the music loud and did slow about 30 secand and that was 4 April

Historisches Hotel mit individueller Betreuung

Sehr schönes, historisches Hotel. Familiäres Ambiente, individuelle Betreuung. Schickes Zimmer 305, old style, aber in gutem Zustand. Frühstück sehr gut und tolles Buffet mit georgischen Spezialitäten. Leider liegt das Hotel an der 4-Spurigen Hauptstraße. Der Lärm ist unvermeidbar und Tag und Nacht präsent. In der Tiffany-Bar werden rund um die Uhr nette Audrey Hephurn-Filme gezeigt. Das ist sehr originell!!

How River Side Hotel has managed to claim 5 stars is beyond me—unless those stars were bought and paid for. This is, at best, a run-down 2-star property masquerading as luxury. The place is dirty, poorly maintained, with visible leaks, moldy walls, and an overall vibe of neglect. The so-called bar upstairs turns into a nightclub-level noise factory every night, with bass so intense the entire room shakes. Sleep? Impossible. I had booked a 3-week stay and fled after just two miserable nights. When I politely explained the conditions were unlivable and far from what was advertised, the staff were not only dismissive but downright rude. Not only did they refuse a refund, but they had the audacity to charge me for a single coffee capsule I used while trying to stay awake through the noise. There are plenty of decent places in Tbilisi—this isn’t one of them. Do yourself a favor and steer far, far away.

Het personeel is vriendelijk en het ontbijt is gevarieerd. Als je echter brood voor het ontbijt wil, dan zul je teleurgesteld zijn. Dat is er niet. Wel salades en vele andere (Georgische) gerechten. Er was niet altijd warm water in de douche, maar meestal wel.

My favorite spot in Tbilisi, the room was excellent, breakfast with lots of options even chocolate fountain, terrace had some flower upgrades and is so nice. Service as usual, got upgrade. It is not a large hotel but by far is so cozy and luxurious, slept well, location top

Lipstick on a pig. English comprehension was horrible. I am severely disabled - walk with two canes, heart and lung issues, and legally blind. Went inside to check in, was told by hotel staff it was wrong hotel. Gave directions which led to a construction site. Managed to walk back in the dark and was told that ofc it is the right hotel. Staff is beyond abysmal. Refused to give us manager’s name or contact details. Dark as a tomb inside. Never received any VIP benefits. Central heating was not turned on in near freezing temps. Did not understand what “toilet paper” means, so bought at a shop. “Marble” is just ceramic tile made to vaguely resemble marble. No charging points & very few outlets. Bluetooth speaker had US cord with 110v sticker, but was rated for 220v and ofc wrong shape for Georgia electricity. No adapters provided. Bathtub was covered with dark grey stains on the bottom. Robes were dingy and grey with age. Cushions ripped, carpet stained, multiple damage to walls, no peephole in the door, deadbolt on the door did not work at all. “Non-smoking” hotel with ashtray and smoking area directly directly in front of the only entrance. Breakfast buffet left to sit in the open for hours. Refused to print a receipt. Rude “security” jerk screamed “A-HOLE” in Georgian at me on departure. This dive is only “luxury” to locals who don’t know better. Infinitely better actual luxury hotel just 100 meters more up the road. I left. Heartily recommend you avoid at all costs.

Charming hotel, when I arrived, the lobby had luxury scent, nice room with good amenities and large smart tv, could watch movies online, breakfast is very delicious, even chocolate fountain was there with almonds, all vas memorable with full terrace
