Location is good. The floor of the room is sticky, and the carpet is not clean. Front desk is close after 5:00pm. We have to find the envelope with key while checking in after 5:00pm, and try to find our room in the dark.

Achamos a estadia muito boa! Ficamos dois dias apenas. O quarto é um pouco pequeno, mas atende bem as necessidades. O condicionador de ar funciona bem, a cama é muito confortável e a limpeza é excelente! Achamos o quarto pouco iluminado: tem apenas duas arandelas e de noite fica meio escuro, precisando ligar a luz do banheiro. O chuveiro é muito bom. O café da manhã é simples mas bem gostoso. A piscina não estava aberta, me parecia interditada por algum órgão de vigilância. A localização é boa, deixamos o carro na rua e fizemos todos os passeios a pé e de bicicleta ( alugada). Tem pernilongos, então sugiro usar repelente .

The Authors Guest House is the most amazing place we have ever stayed in. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. They were also accommodating to our need to check out remotely. The cottage that we were in was super comfy and cozy. Everything was relatively close to the cottage. The most stressful part of Key West is finding parking and even that was made easy for us!

Excellent hôtel ! Je ne comprends pas les commentaires sur le petit déjeuner qui, a mon goût, était tout à fait complet ! Bagels, beurre, confiture, café, lait, thé, yaourt, céréales, fruits frais, jus de fruit, oeufs, fromage. La piscine est effectivement très petite, mais peu importe ! On ne Va pas jusqu'à Key West pour une piscine !

Booked the Hemingway cottage. Was advertised as having a full size refrigerator- it wasn't. Advertised on site and street parking- 2 spaces on site is what they have. Everything else is street. When we told them there were ants, we were informed that it's the season for them.

Great little place

Cute little resort that’s not too far from all the action of duval street. Could walk but not in the hot summer. Cheap fast uber ride if needed. Room was spacious and clean. Some of the furniture is outdated and the pool is a bit small. Otherwise great stay!

Hotel pequeno, mas quartos limpos, aconchegantes e bem equipados. O hotel tem uma piscina pequena, uma area de lazer para descanso. Oferece café da manhã. Possui água e gelo disponíveis. Hotel de custo benefício que recomendo.

Great Location

The front desk staff was fantastic!! They were so friendly, helpful, and attentive. The property is in a great location for Key West. Our room was clean and the parking was great. I will say for paying more than $300 a night, I do think it is a bit overpriced.

o local é super bonito e aconchegante, ficamos num quarto no andar superior, que era mais privativo que os quartos do térreo...ambiente muito tranquilo e seguro, cercado de plantas. O café da manhã era um pouco limitado mas as opções estavam frescas e saborosas.é possivel ir a pé as principais atrações,a caminhada dura +-20min num terreno plano.

Lovely stay for our 50th Anniversary

Loved our one night stay in a cute blue room looking over the pool. It was on the second floor with lush tropical trees billowing over the terrace. Downstairs had more rooms and lots of tables with umbrellas and sitting areas. Everything was surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping. Wished we could have stayed longer. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable ever! Was pleasantly surprised they had a light breakfast in the morning with delish coffee. The staff were helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again sometime and highly recommend to friends. Oh and btw the price was well affordable.

Quaint outdated & expensive.

Needs update of electric & plumbing. We had to keep opening the toilet's back cover to put hose in correct spot and lift the handle up to fill the stool. Sweet nostalgia of 60's & 70's. No plasticware to eat continental breakfast. 7 block walk to Duval bus ride. No coffee availability after breakfast which was served from 8-10. We loved the plantings. No pool. Warm, not hot, spa. No pool. I guess the property was hit hard by past hurricane. Upstairs rooms are reached by outdoor wooden outdoor stairs. Not handicap friendly. Staff took our suitcases up. We had to bring them back down the stairs ourselves.
