Place is exactly as described. Check-in/out was easy and simple. The water infront of the hotel recedes substantially so the view is normally just mud. Hotel is close to everything in the old town, but moreso in the area of abandoned buildings. Locals are friendly and area is very safe to walk around even late at night. Lots of dining's options around including a great rooftop/ restaurant few steps away (CasaCasco). Would stay again!

The apartment was very clean and looked just like the pictures! Loved the view of the water from the wrap around balcony. We never felt unsafe walking to restaurants in the evening. Supermercado Rey was a 3 to 4 minute walk away. We have stayed in Casco Viejo several times. Many places are loud due to rooftop bars playing music until 3 am. This apartment was extremely quiet! Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our short 2 day stay here. Apartment had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. Was quick walking distance to great coffee shops and only steps away from a delightful restaurant, LAMRO. Communication with the property was efficient and check in was smooth and easy. As it is located a little off the beaten path, be prepared for “rustic” surroundings. With that, we never felt unsafe at any point.

Great value in a convenient location, perfect for all of our needs. They provided everything we might need for an extended stay and communicated throughout the process. Would definitely stay here again. Note to property owner, the left side bedroom toilet needs to have a float adjustment. It did not always flush properly. Otherwise, perfect stay with strong internet. Appreciated that it was close to everything but still quiet at night.

A great place in a great location. Getting the key was a small issue with the code but was sorted within 25mins. We stayed 2 weeks and had no cleaning done which is fine by us but there we as no cleaning equipment or products which made it a little bit harder to keep clean ourselves. Suggest a vacuum cleaner and some cleaning products be available and it would be near on perfect.

The apartment is nice and has potential. The arrival and check in were horrible. For the week prior to arrival I messaged and called them often, since I knew I would not have any phone service. They never replied, so once there I had to borrow strangers service. Then they repeatedly gave the wrong lockbox code. Not great when standing in a sweltering foyer. Once inside the WiFi didn't work and was not resolved.

There’s no front desk and they never communicated with me about how to actually get into the place. I have no clue if it was supposed to be a key or a card or a code but they never before or after the reservation communicated with me about this despite multiple messages and phone calls. Wasn’t able to get into the property obviously. Lost my money. Had to book a whole new reservation somewhere else. Brutal. Have to wonder if this is a scam.
