The parking is a little complicated because there is none until you check in. You have to park across the street at the jack in the box and walk over. Besides that, the room and service were amazing and once you get access to the garage parking is guaranteed and secure.

The hotel is just finishing up with a refit. The rooms are very small, but clean and the bed was very comfortable. The underground parking only works if you have a very small car. After several tries to get our rental SUV in our assigned spot, my husband could not get out because the spaces were so small. We were able to move to another spot that was next to a support column and so he was able to pull in a little crooked and could then get out. We were heading to the San Diego Zoo the next morning, and this was a great location for us.
