O atendente foi muito atencioso, precisei fazer check in tardio e negociamos um valor acessível, ele entregou o mapa e ainda me instruiu plenamente enquanto estive lá. Não tem elevador e há lances de escada a subir para se chegar aos quartos. O hotel é muito bom e tem uma vista boa .

Recepcionista super atenciosa, local de fácil acesso a onde compra e onde pega o ônibus pra machu picchu, nao tem elevador mas pra mim isso nao foi um problema pra mim.

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und die Dusche war warm. Nach langem vergleichen haben wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden und waren positiv überrascht, alles nett und sauber. Für den Preis darf man natürlich nichts besonderes erwarten und uns war im Vorraus klar, dass es keine Aufzüge gibt und man Treppen laufen muss. Insgesamt somit im Rahmen des angebotenen voll zufrieden und eine Empfehlung für einen Low-Budget-Besuch des Machu Picchu

We just needed a night’s stay in Aguas Calientes and this place was ideal, well located for the station, restaurants and the bus for Machu Picchu. The staff were accommodating and our room was clean and had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast is adequate for what we needed and for the price.

Only here for one night - the location was convenient and the room was clean and adequate. I loved the view. Great value for what we paid. Only issue was that when we showed up it took about 30 minutes to find the front desk person to check in (no one was there). Which was mildly stressful because we had about an hour until we had to jump on a bus up to Manchu Picchu.

Excelente escolha, especialmente para quem chega pela trilha da hidrelétrica. Logo ao final da trilha, quando começa a cidade e o nosso gás já está no final, o hotel está ali. Ótimo quarto. Água quente. Também perto de onde se compra o ônibus para Machu Picchu e embarca..também perto da estação de trem para Cusco. Ótimo café da manhã. Ótimo custo-benefício.

A pousada é ok, para quem precisa de um cantinho para recarregar as energias para visitar Machu Picchu logo cedo. É simples, mas atende este propósito. As instalações são ok. Foi informado que o quarto teria vista pra montanha o que era parcialmente verdade. Tinha um pouco de mofo. Na rua, o que não é de certa maneira culpa do hotel, havia um esgoto que estava vazando e dando um mal cheiro. O atendimento foi ok, nada em especial no sentido de prestar uma hospedagem diferenciada.

Bem localizado, staff amigável que nos deu dicas e permitiu que entrássemos um pouco mais cedo no quarto. Café da manhã muito bom, e começa bem cedo, o que é ótimo para quem vai a Macchu Picchu no 1o horário. Espaço para deixar bagagens, se necessário. Lugar sossegado, mas ao mesmo tempo perto do burburinho da estação dos ônibus que sobem pra Macchu Picchu. Vista linda pro rio e montanhas. Precisa levar em consideração que há escadas, não é um hotel para quem tem dificuldade de locomoção.

Nos quedamos por una noche nada mas. Al dia siguiente teniamos el tour a machu picchu a las 7 am y luego teniamos otro circuito que nos tomo hasta las 6 pm. Nuestro hotel tenia el check out a las 10 am y nosotros regresabamos de machu picchu a las 6 pm y nuestro tren salia a las 8:20 pm. La señoritas de recpcion nos dejaron dejar nuestra maleta por todo el dia mientras haciamos el tour sin costo y nos dejaron quedarnos en el sofa de recepcion hasta que tuvieramos que tomar el tren. Super amables! Best hotel ever!!

The breakfast was the same typical tourist fare everyday but it was sufficient. There was only 1 towel per person, so I asked for extra as needed. The sink only has cold water. The shower was hot. We stayed 3 nights on the 4th floor, no elevator- so be ready to hike up.

We enjoyed our stay, walkable to both train and bus stations. Plenty of restaurants around. Quiet at night, river sounds 10/10. Fresh breakfast. They allow you to leave your bags while you visit Matchu pitchu!Very clean! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

It was good. Well worth the price point. The showers are a bit cold but I've come to expect this in Peru. Just more of a heads up really. Good location. Kind of on the end of the busy which is nice. I love that all you can hear is the river at night. No barking dogs is a win for sure. I cannot say that for anywhere I've been in this country so far. Also...I still love it here. They just need to fix the dog situation like many places.
