Not very relaxing, unsupervised kids

The stay itself was fine, the early morning staff was a little rude. And there were some people staying there that made it a little difficult to completely enjoy ourselves. There were people running around, there were kids rough housing and screaming and being disrespectful in the pool with no adult around. On our floor people running in the halls at all hours banging on the wall and the staff couldn't or wouldn't do anything. The hotel itself was fine, we just came on a bad weekeny

Just okay

You can tell the hotel is low staffed and under trained. Anytime we needed something, we had to wait at the front desk until someone came back from doing another task. The beds were pretty hard considering the price point of the nightly stay. Overall, it was not terrible, but would probably choose somewhere else if we are in the area again.

Great location, clean and up to date. Best breakfast I've had in a hotel! However, we booked a king plus pullout bed and the front desk said they had no linens or pillows for the sofa. I asked how and why, and was just told they were booked. I reiterated that I booked a room weeks ago for 3 adults and a kid to use the bed AND sofa. He said they had some queen sheets (for a blanket?) but still no pillow. So one of us had a rough night with a male shift set up and no manager to respond only an email to send out.

Beautiful hotel.

After a terrible stay at a different hotel we were very leary to ever stay at another Comfort Inn however this was a very pleasant surprise. The front desk was very polite, they put us in 1 room and went we got in there the toilet chain was broken, the phone didn't work, and there was food on the floor. I could have cried because I hadn't slept in 2 days and knew rhis was going to be bad. However I went down, explained the issue, and he moved us to a new room. That one was perfect, it was clean and quiet and we slept so good! It was a much needed nights sleep for myself and my 2 children. Their breakfast was just fine, the dining room was clean and the checkout girl was a delight. I wish all choice hotels were held to this standard.

Rude receptionist and no hot water

The overnight receptionist was very rude when we checked in. Also our room had no hot water and when we called down we were informed it was a known issue and there was nothing they could do to fix it and no other rooms they could move us to as they were sold out. We ended up having to move to a different hotel and still have not received a refund.
