This stay was interesting… to say the least. Puerto Rico in itself is a beautiful island to come and visit. The people are welcoming but the rules of this hotel are far from average. Our first problem was the size of the hotel room. Granted, we got a queen size bed but the room itself you had no space to move around your room so you’re almost forced to upgrade due to comfortability. Also, there is no closet or a safe for you to put your belongings in so outside of already being in a small room. You have nowhere to put your belongings. Housekeeping did not come in service the room at all while we stayed and we had the card on the door for them to come service the room. Housekeeping is also very loud in the mornings while trying to clean other rooms, so if you’re expecting peace and quiet think again! The second issue was that there were towels left in the middle of the floor from other occupants, and instead of asking or investigating where the towels may have came from the hotel put the blame on me and my fiancé. We were out visiting a rooftop pool and bar when we got the message that we would be charged an extra $60 for towels that we did not use. Also happy hour prices are cheap but you need to watch how they charge you because they will try to overcharge or double charge you for things you have already purchased. This hotel is aesthetically pleasing, but does not meet the regular standards of hotels. I would not stay here again for my next visit to PR.

Overall this is a nice hotel! Very lush and beautiful grounds, the decor and foliage and everything aesthetically looked amazing. Also the service was great. The room was small, but that wasn’t a problem for us. There was a couple of small things that we did find mildly annoying. The keypad to enter the room was hard to use. It was finicky and it took us multiple attempts to get in. Also our tv turned on by itself a couple of times. Overall it was walking distance to the beach and in good condition, we enjoyed it.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay. The pros of Bali are, the proximity to the beach, airport, and San Juan. The cons are, the hotel is too boutique for the amount of people it allows at once. Everyone is friendly, but none of the staff followed through on any requests I made. Also, the rooms do not have microwaves. So be mindful of how much food you order lol. Shower was a bit makeshift as well. I’d give it a 6.5-7 out of 10 overall

The Hotel is really nice and well maintained and decorated. It’s right off a highway so it’s kinda offsetting at first but once you enter the doors you are ok. The cleaning staff and some other staff around the property were less concerned with cleaning or helping you with anything. A-little decorum goes a long way. Rarely saw them smile greet you or even look at you. They forgot to clean my room a few times would not leave towels and no one ever came to fix the drawers in the room after speaking to the front desk. To be fair the gentleman that checked us in was very nice and polite. For such a nice Hotel they should get the staff up to the standard and level of service you expect in a Hotel. The breakfast was also lacking service. The bagels and bread was a bit stale each time and they need to have the meat and cheese and other temperature sensitive items properly stored to avoid any issues or contamination. Attention to detail is needed and key points for future success. I don’t know if I could ever stay there again when I visit Puerto Rico…

Our stay at the Bali Posh Hotel was fine. It’s a good basic hotel stay, but not luxury. The hotel is aesthetically beautiful, the concept and the design are wonderful. The housekeeping staff was very kind and strived to keep our room clean. There are a few things that would be helpful. There is an emphasis placed on aesthetics and not comfort. The beds and pillows are not of great quality and don’t make for the best sleep. The room was very simple, I think a large garbage can, coffee creamer, an iron and maybe a phone to call the front desk would be helpful. We really enjoyed the chairs inside the pool but it’s true that the big loungers were not cleaned and were stained. The pool is also not cleaned, there were a lot of bugs an oily film in the water from sunscreen. The continental breakfast left something to be desired. I also didn’t appreciate the woman who ran it. I arrived to the pool late (not intending to have breakfast) but I noticed everything was still out so I would toast a bagel. Again, everything was still out. The woman who was in charge decided that the first thing she would do was disconnect the toaster and tell me I was late. I know she’s within her right to clean up but it was a little petty to start with the one thing I would use that only requires a plug to be removed when she could’ve started literally anywhere else to give me 2 mins. Overall, you'll have a good time here, the location is good but it needs a little tweaking.

Booked this trip on a whim! And I was nervous because I’ve never stayed at Bali Posh Hotel! I was so thrilled that everything went so smooth and the property is gorgeous! It looks unassuming from the front but Bali is expansive! I hate walking through hotels…at Bali, everywhere you turn is stunning! I kept raving to family and friends about the walk to my room towards the back of the hotel. It’s an open space property so as you walk through to your room, you can see the sky(rain will get on you if it’s raining but I didn’t mind, why go somewhere tropical if you’re afraid of rain?!) But you can hear the birds, the frogs, it’s so relaxing and zen to be there. With it being opened to the elements there weren’t any insects! I was surprised but didn’t mind that at all! Also the restaurant attached, Laut, is amazing! The food is heavenly!
Back entrance(there parking in the back, but the door to the parking is locked around 8PM), there’s a conference room to the left, and sitting areas.

Main course from Laut pork pappardelle with a red sauce. I also got the chicken satay, would recommend both!
Passion tropical for dessert paired with a glass of Prosecco, it was lovely, delicious, inviting

We didn’t have water for a few hours and they just ignored calls at the front desk. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, still undergoing construction and one of the front desk ladies was amazing! But you can tell they have things to work on, especially with how expensive it is. The hotel was in a good location, the only problem was that it was uncomfortable to park and reverse out because it’s on a busy street. Overall, it was ok. We probably will not be coming back here anytime soon but we see its potential.

DO NOT STAY HERE! First of all they don’t give you wash cloths I had to go to the front and ask and they laughed in my face like I was crazy. No one cleaned our room for three days and when they did they just made the bed with dirty sheets. The property is also on a highway so if you are a young lady prepare to be honked at on your way to the beach. Staff was overall nice but not helpful in the slightest save your money and book elsewhere.

The hotel looks aesthetically appealing however, there were many flaws. Firstly, how do you not own WASHCLOTHS!? Secondly, how do you not have ice or an ice machine when the bar is not open. Third, why is the bar not open during the same hours that the pool is open? Fourth, my bathroom smelt and was filled with small areas of MOLD. Fifth, how does the water in our room, randomly stop working and when told to front desk they questioned whether we were telling the truth or not. Sixth, how do you not have any full body mirrors or phones in the room. Seven, the free breakfast options were extremely limited and didn’t even provide juice. Eight, maintenance staff didn’t do much in the room except switch out the towels daily which we didn’t need. Overall, would not recommend at all. It felt like we were staying at an instagram motel.

Staff and overall experience was great. However, some rooms are much smaller than others, towel policy was a little off putting, didn’t like that rooms didn’t have closets and it seems like they could use more staff as well. But i would definitely stay here again. Restaurant (Laut) is amazinggggg and Xavier (bartender) made our experience 10x better!

I had a very disappointing stay at Bali Hotel. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards—our room was incredibly dirty upon arrival, and during our 4-day stay, it was only cleaned once. Despite repeatedly asking the staff to come and clean, it took multiple requests before anything was done. Service in general was extremely slow. Whether it was housekeeping, front desk assistance, or any other service, everything seemed to take far longer than it should have. It felt like guest comfort was simply not a priority. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again. If this does not bother you, the amenities are nice albeit small spaces.

It was advertised that the beach is a three minute walk however it was about a five minute walk and you have to cross over 10 lanes of traffic on and overpass to get there… the rooms are very small no closet… the drinks and food were very overpriced. However, it’s a beautiful looking hotel. They have a bunch of kids running the place who don’t know anything about customer service…
