Small but beautiful hotel

A lovely cozy environment. If you want immediate beach access this is not the place to stay. It's about a 3 minute walk over a pedestrian bridge to access the beach. This wasn't a deal breaker for me. The pool is small but very chique and clean. The continental breakfast was very limited but sufficed. There is a panaderia down the block if you want more of selection to choose from. There is an outdoor bar and the bartender was very social and attentive (shout out to Elvin!!!!). I will definitely return. Thank you Bali Posh for a relaxing experience.

This stay was interesting… to say the least. Puerto Rico in itself is a beautiful island to come and visit. The people are welcoming but the rules of this hotel are far from average. Our first problem was the size of the hotel room. Granted, we got a queen size bed but the room itself you had no space to move around your room so you’re almost forced to upgrade due to comfortability. Also, there is no closet or a safe for you to put your belongings in so outside of already being in a small room. You have nowhere to put your belongings. Housekeeping did not come in service the room at all while we stayed and we had the card on the door for them to come service the room. Housekeeping is also very loud in the mornings while trying to clean other rooms, so if you’re expecting peace and quiet think again! The second issue was that there were towels left in the middle of the floor from other occupants, and instead of asking or investigating where the towels may have came from the hotel put the blame on me and my fiancé. We were out visiting a rooftop pool and bar when we got the message that we would be charged an extra $60 for towels that we did not use. Also happy hour prices are cheap but you need to watch how they charge you because they will try to overcharge or double charge you for things you have already purchased. This hotel is aesthetically pleasing, but does not meet the regular standards of hotels. I would not stay here again for my next visit to PR.

Overall this is a nice hotel! Very lush and beautiful grounds, the decor and foliage and everything aesthetically looked amazing. Also the service was great. The room was small, but that wasn’t a problem for us. There was a couple of small things that we did find mildly annoying. The keypad to enter the room was hard to use. It was finicky and it took us multiple attempts to get in. Also our tv turned on by itself a couple of times. Overall it was walking distance to the beach and in good condition, we enjoyed it.

Beautiful boutique hotel Short walk over foot bridge to beach. Staff is attentive and welcoming. Restaurant open thurs-sun. Great food menu at pool bar though in afternoon and evening. Beach chairs only Wed-Sun Delicious bakery near by for breakfast lunch and or dinner.

All employees were very friendly happy and kind. My flight was not until 930 and I was able to leave my bags and come and go all Day. And eat and swim and even shower b4 flight. Was so convenient everything in waking distance. Awesome smelling shampoo conditioned lotion and soap

DO NOT BOOK HERE. A TOTAL DISGRACE AND A WASTE OF MONEY! Consider yourself warned: my experience at Bali Posh Hotel was appalling. Our room (Room 11) started with a disgusting cockroach infestation. After finally getting moved, the next morning brought another lovely surprise: NO RUNNING WATER. Imagine trying to start your day without a shower or even being able to brush your teeth. Beyond the physical issues, the staff were incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. Trying to speak to a manager was an exercise in futility; I waited for over 50 minutes at reception with no resolution. This hotel is a complete scam, offering nothing close to the convenience it charges for. If you still choose to ignore this warning, I truly hope your experience is better than mine, because this place is a monumental disgrace and I paid $220+ for a night!
