I had a great stay at the hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, well-maintained, and a good size, with plenty of space to feel I also appreciated the free parking , which was a great convenience and added extra value to my stay. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel is a bit dated. It needs a lot of tlc. I suppose it is hard to keep these hotels in Blackpool up to date as there is a lot of competition. I paid €74 for two nights in the first week in September. The room was clean and bed was OK. The bathroom was basic but clean. The staff were nice one thing they could tidy up the wires hanging out of the tv.

Room was not clean and the pillows smelt. The toilet didn’t flush which we realised when I got up to use it at 2am. The water bottles that were left in the room had already been used and then just filled up with the lids put back on which is not very hygienic .Don’t waste your money on the breakfast . Go out instead . Toast is the only hot food they offer you with some other cold foods like croissants and yogurt which were not very nice .

I would not recommend staying here. This review is based solely on my personal experience. The property felt unclean and poorly maintained throughout. Everything looked like it had seen better days. The shower only had cold water, and the shower head wouldn't stay upright. There was dust and what appeared to be human debris on multiple surfaces, and the floors were in a particularly poor condition. Overall, the accommodation did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness or maintenance, and I was very disappointed with my stay.

Cheap and I suppose you get what you pay for, but the room wasn’t fully cleaned and dirty bedding left on the floor when we arrived, along with clean bedding which we had to put on the beds ourselves. Also a proper maze to find the room. Not enough sockets in the room. The shower rail fell off and I had to put it back on. The breakfasts and staff were great though
