4 stars price, 1 star service. 4星價錢，1星服務

3rd night booked deluxe, but only got offered standard as previous 2 nights. After insisted a deluxe, and was led to a smoker's room which was full of odor. Fridge and lamp were missing. As it was already 11:00pm too tired to fight and went back to standard. Hotel won't rebate the difference in the morning. 沒豪華房還賣，而且事後也不退差額…

good but terrible breakfast and far from all POIs

Not too far from subway station(roughly 10 mins walk), but far from all points of interests. Easy for transportation by taxi or subway so overall suitable for biz trip. Not too many neccessatities around the neighbor after 8 or 9pm so quite boring. Rooms and equiptment are good and confortable. The only negative part is the breakfast, all the location, deco, and food are terrible.

位置遠離捷運站。酒店前台人員毫無笑容，早餐內容以及呈現在容器上都可以用差字形容，房內有壞燈，清潔太隨意，入住首日，入房內見有煙蒂在入門當眼處！真為Ramada集團感到難過，因之前在土耳其的Ramada酒店住過，印象好得無比

CP值不錯的選擇

這是第二次入住,整體來說在浦東以價位及各方衡量是不錯的選擇. 兩天的早餐有一天是在特別的小玻璃房, 很像是VIP貴賓室的服務, 菜色偏西方另外服務人員非常殷勤. 但另一天這間就沒開也必須與所有人一起吃. 我不懂為何兩天有不同的安排.

整體都不錯, 唯獨早餐與它的等級不太匹配

有星級的品質, 唯獨早餐不太匹配. 跟現場廚師說要一個煎蛋, 他竟回我說"我現在很忙,十分鐘以後再來"(他正在煮麵, 但當時才七點根本只有三組客人在餐廳)~~.早餐也是以中式為主, 咖啡品質很低.

Only a 2-star standard can rate this hotel

We checked-in rather late due to delayed landing at Pudong airport. The reception didn’t give us a smooth check-in, nor the concerige helped us with our luggages. The next morning, we were joining a fair 10mins away by taxi, however the hotel was not helpful in getting a taxi which we waited for 30 mins and finally we got one on the other side of the road, please imagine it was 35 degrees in daytime! Me and my colleague went for a drink every night at the lounge, the front desk require us to pay few more hundreds for deposit with the reason that we are foreigners who usually spend more, her manner turned to very bad when we told her we would leave tomorrow in the very early morning the next day. What is the purpose in keeping me few more hundreds for one night?? Another REMARKS is the DISHONESTY of the concerige!! We wanted to go to Xintiandi at PuXi, a taxi drove in and asked for RMB100 for a ride from hotel to Xintiandi. We did not know the price that's why we checked with the staff at Concerige, he told me it was more or less the cost in going to there! We don’t believe him, sowe got a taxi on the road, it costed us only RMB45!! The hotel quoted us a more than double to the taxi driver!! By these all bad service and experience on this hotel and Shanghai, I will only stay at Puxi area where more 5-star hotels located and avoidable for bad taxi experience.

Clean and comfortable in the middle of nowhere

When I arrived, there was a man with a thick German accent berating the staff for not speaking English. I don't think they understood anything he was saying! I confused this location with another Ramada that had been recommended to me. There was very little English spoken in the entire hotel, but they did try their best to provide service. They invoice you every time you twitch and you can't order room service in English unless they bring a bilingual menu to your door. The location is in the middle of nowhere.

Acceptable hotel and facilities.

I was given a huge suite, however with poor and limited furniture. Overall room and facilities are a bit run down. For example, when after taking a bath, I let the water drain, it all came out from under the sink inundating the bathroom floor. No international TV channels, only Chinese TV. Except for some cereals and bread, breakfast was only chinese style. Staff are really trying to be helpful, (e.g. one went out of his way to get me a cab), but not all speak English so being understood is sometimes difficult. Also, they are not always responsive, I think it is because they have no idea how o solve the problems you contact them for. For instance, the phone in my room was unable to make external calls, but it took me four phone calls to get someone to ask the in-house engineer to fix the problem.

Gute Lage

Hotel in guter Lage, ca. 1 km zur U-Bahn. Internet Zugang akzeptabel. Wenn das Hotel voll belegt ist (2 von 4 Tagen), gibt es lange Wartezeiten beim Lift. Der Frühstückraum ist dann ebenfalls überfüllt. Ich buche das Hotel trotzdem wieder.

とにかく広く豪華でした。ただ、地下鉄駅からはだいぶ遠く、そんなに綺麗ではない街にぽつんと高級ホテルがある印象で、辿り着くまでは迷子になったか？と心配になったりも。バスを使うのがよいようでした。

하루 전에 예약했는데도 가격 대비 좋은 호텔

전반적으로 가격 대비 괜찮은 호텔입니다. Sniec와 가까워서 좋았지만, 관광하기엔 다소 좋지 않은 위치입니다(와이탄에서 택시로 30분 정도?) 컨벤션 기간이었는데 외국인보단 중국인이 많았습니다. 가격 대비 방이 굉장히 넓고 뷰도 나쁘지 않았고 시설도 상당히 괜찮은 편이나(일반 방인데도 거실, 침실 분리), 청소가 좀 더 잘 되어 있으면 좋겠고, 그 주에 근처에서 행사를 했는지 9시 정도까지 계속 소음이 들렸습니다. 조식도 다소 별로였습니다. 구글 지도에서 검색하면 폐업했다고 나오는데, 잘 운영되고 있는 점은 다행이구요, 호텔스닷컴으로 2명 예약했는데 1명만 예약이 되어 있더라구요. 같이 여행하시는 분이 성마른 분이시라면 호텔스닷컴 예약내약과 별도로 예약내역 확인하시길 권장합니다.

그냥 무난...

호텔은 전반적으로 괜찮아요.. 그러나 주위에 아무것도 없어요.. 조용한 호텔을 원하면 좋으나 시내 이동이나 다른곳으로 이동은 좀 힘들어요...
