On the plus side the location is excellent and the rooms are new and clean. On the negative there really isn’t any staff to help with anything. Just a security guard that speaks little English. Noise can be an issue as the walls are paper thin - I could hear the people talking in the room next door.

Such a great location. Right across the street from the park. Surprisingly quiet. The entire building is very clean and the unit looked just like the pictures. So many shops, restaurants and coffee shops nearby, but also super easy to catch an Uber right in front. Absolutely loved it and we would stay here again.

Terrific location. Right on the park and steps to wonderful restaurants and cafes. Be aware that room cleaning is only offered on stays longer than 7 days. We had limited towels, toilet paper, and trash bags during our 6 day stay. That’s the only thing standing in the way of a 5 star review from us.

The unit was perfectly clean and the location can’t be beat! The 2 restaurants downstairs are great as well. And the staff were very helpful and attentive. However, they really need to install air conditioning in the units, as my unit was quite warm and humid all the time (6th floor). Opening the patio door helps somewhat, but then you have to deal with the street noise and air pollution coming into the room all the time.

The location is perfect. A very walkable neighborhood. The apartment itself was okay for one night, but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay. The studio I rented (#203) has an awkward layout. The closet is right next to the kitchen counter, near the living area couch (away from the bed and bath area) and consist of a shelf or two and a rack for hanging clothes 3 feet or so from the floor. Large shower was separate from the toilet and sink but no hot water there. And no place to hang towels. Luckily, there was hot water from the faucet over the bathroom sink. I doubt I'll stay here again. Yes. It's a studio. But it was fairly large and sadly, very poorly laid out.

This is a great boutique hotel. The rooms are really nice, but it is interesting. It didn’t have any air-conditioning which really didn’t matter downstairs. Had a great restaurant, the neighborhood is very good and walkable. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the best locations in CDMX across from my favorite breakfast spot Maque. Only caution is there is no A/C but open the balcony door and enjoy the breeze. Let the music pour in from the surrounding restaurant and bar. If you like strolling through a park and enjoying your coffee this is the perfect setup.

Amazing location, the apartment was very nice, modern, spacious, lovely terrace. The bathroom was very small but decent. A big person would fin it to small. The bed was comfortable and the sheets decent. The staff were friendly and responsive. I would stay there again
