Brilliant especially if youre doing Europa Park

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Perfect if you're going to Europa Park (about a 20 minute walk), it's a very nice area and never felt scared walking alone to and from the park, there is a shuttle bus too if needed/wanted with the stop just outside the hotel. Lidl just across the road too! Hotel was very clean and staff were super friendly and spoke English. Nothing to complain about.

Zimmer war für den Preis okay und sauber. Wir haben im Restaurant gegessen und wurden sehr schlecht bedient. Personal war desintressiert und unaufmerksam. Wir haben 20 Minuten gewartet, bis wir Getränke und Essen bestellen konnten, bei einem halbleeren Restaurant. Essen war für den Preis okay.

Hotel convenable pour un court passage. Toutefois très bruyant, la chambre sous le restaurant n’est pas adapté, bruits de chaises, musique… Salle de bain petite, literie moyenne, service peu souriant. Sans plus.

Bon séjour. Les agents d’accueils sont très sympathiques, nous avons étés bien accueillis. La chambre était spacieuse, bien équipées. Les seuls points négatifs sont le ménage et le bruit. En effet les draps n’étaient pas très propres avec des taches, le tapis de bain était sec mais en boule. Nous nous sommes demandés si le ménage avait bien été fait… d’autant plus que celui débute tôt le matin (environ 6-7h). Nous somme donc réveillés par le bruit de l’aspirateur / des chariots qui roulent dans le couloir et des personnes du ménage qui tapent contre les mures en lavant les chambres à côté.

Hotel, proche des parcs Europa Park dans la commune de Rust. Il y a un Lidl juste en face très pratique pour préparer le picnic. Les chambres et salles de bains sont spacieuses. Literie confortable et restaurant rooftop très agréable. Bon Petit déjeuner dans une très jolie salle. Bémol ; nous sommes arrivés tard après le parc aquatique et étions fatigués et pressé de nous coucher, mais la chambre n’avait pas été nettoyée, ils avaient simplement changé les draps. Le sol était sale et il y avait des traces sur ma table de chevet. Seul point négatif: la propreté

1. Mal in diesem Hotel

Das Zimmer war ausreichend für 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder. Eine 2. Toilette wäre nett für 4 Personen. Nachteil ist: das Restaurant ist direkt über den Zimmern ist und man die ganze Zeit das Stühle rücken hört. Kinder konnten nur schwer einschlafen, wir Erwachsenen mussten es ertragen. Auf Anfrage ein ruhigeres Zimmer zu bekommen, bekamen wir erst eine positive Zustimmung - abends hieß es, das sie nichts vergleichbares frei haben und dass das Personal am Morgen davon nichts weiß. Das Ambiente ist stilvoll und der Service im Restaurant war toll.

L’hôtel est très bien situé d europapark et Rulantica. Les arrêts de bus sont fréquents et très bien desservis en venant de la gare L accueil de la réception reste cependant très distant et assez froid. Il est évident que nous ne sommes que des touristes de passage et ne cherche pas à fidéliser la clientèle.

Chambres confortables et spacieuses

L’accueil est super, le personnel très bien. Les chambres sont grandes, confortables et propres. Le bémol est que nous avions une chambre sous le restaurant beaucoup de chaises qui grincent mais bon il faut bien des chambres sous le restaurant et la douche ne s’évacuait pas bien. D’où le 4 au lieu du 5.

Velfungerende og praktisk hotel

Mellem Europa Park og vandlandet Rulantica er hotellet velplaceret til forlystelses udflugter. Gå afstand er ça.20 minutter ellers er der busser som stopper tæt på og kan tages gratis med hotellets turistkort. Den dejlige restaurant på øverste etage med terrace serverer god morgenmads buffet og a la carte måltider resten af dagen.

Et hotel som prøver at være fancy

Et nyere hotel, eller nyrenoveret hotel. Et lidt upersonligt værelse. Der var en seng, sengebord og et TV. Men ikke noget på væggene, og vinduet vendte ud mod en “byggeplads”. Badeværelser var også nyrenoverede men upraktiske. Der var ingen bruseforhæng, så alt omkring bruse området blev vådt. Der var ingen bordplads i badeværelset, så man skulle have toilettaske osv stående i værelset mens man brugte det.
