from the second you walk into the building, it smells, and it was very unsanitary unkept the hallways were dirty the elevator it looked more like a dog park than a hotel

This was a one night stay. We picked this hotel due to a very positive experience at another location. The staff, room, cleanliness and atmosphere were consistent with our experience at the other location. Will definitely keep WoodSpring as an option when traveling.

6/10 不错

We had requested a 2 queen room but we had to take a 2 bed handicapped room. The beds were low to the ground and incredibly uncomfortable as the springs were very noisy every time there was movement. The room was clean, though for the price there are better choices in the area. Won't be staying here again.

2/10 较差

Hotel is odd , very little amenities one towel for a room for two and when I requested a second one they asked me to bring the dirty towel to the front desk. No hair dryer or soap in the room. When we requested a hair dryer they handed us a melted broken one. No housekeeping and the front desk was locked and closed after 5 pm. Not worth the money at all.

4/10 一般

The elevator was hot and smelled weird. There was no kitchenware tissue or anything Not even ice. The bathroom was super clean but no water pressure. It is close to Starbucks and a car wash and that was the best thing I can say

My stay was good. I didn't see an ice machine even though there were ice trays in the refrigerator. Other than that, the stay was good.

The staff could not be more awesome and friendly. Great for long stay for us. For perfection: Darkened curtains (Bright Sun wakes you when you want to sleep in) and it will be great when construction is done next door, loud...starting at 0700. This place was great for temp housing

Room was clean and staff was friendly. The only recommendation would be a coffee pot in the room and maybe more shampoo and towels. There were 4 of us and the amenities seemed to be stocked for 1 person.
