Honteux a ce prix et aucun geste commercial

Nous connaissions le restaurant que nous avons toujours apprécié. Pour cette expérience à l’hôtel des Cascades nous ne réitérerons pas, l’accueil et l’enregistrement ont été agréables et rapides, malheureusement arrivé dans la chambre il n’en a pas été de même. L’hôtel est certes d’époque mais les tablettes entre les lits qui ne tiennent pas, le support de la paume de douche qui est cassé, aucune prise à côté des lits (j’ai un appareil pour respirer la nuit) et un sanibroyeur dans les toilettes de taille ridiculement petits nous ont fait déchanter! La responsable a convenu de ces désagréments et le support de douche a été changé et une rallonge d’appoint a été ajoutée dans la chambre. Le lendemain Alexandrine met l’accent sur le changement du support de douche et la rallonge attendant sans doute un grand merci de notre part, je lui réponds qu’il ne s’agit que de modifications qui serviront aux prochains clients, ce n’est que la normalité d’avoir réagi à ces dysfonctionnements. Malgré leur action il est tout simplement honteux de louer une chambre quadruple a ce prix vu l’état de la chambre! A cela il est seulement répondu que cette chambre n’a pas été rénovée et que les confrères tarifient 40 euros de plus, comme indiqué nous ne connaissons pas les confrères ni leurs prestations et l’état des chambres donc ce n’est pas le sujet. Malheureusement Alexandrine reste butée sur le fait que nous aurions dû réserver en direct et non sur un site de réservations

Motorradurlaub mit dem Club war genial, Hotel ist zwar alt, die Zimmer aber sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Essen ausgesprochen gut. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Tolle Umgebung. Sehr ruhiges Ambiente. Immer wieder gerne.

chambre très modeste, particulièrement la salle de bains manquant cruellement d'équipements récents, toilettes très bruyants, pas de chauffage chambre très bruyante, mal insonorisée literie déplorable décoration "' vieillotte"

Hotel ne correspondant pas à la qualité recherchée

Hotel en bord de route sans parking, chambre ne correspondant pas à l'image présentée sur internet, salle de bain fermée par une porte à coulisse branlante, wc fermés par une porte articulée mal conçue difficilement utilisable. Couvre lit avec taches de graisse. Nous n'avons pas osé ouvrir le lit. Nous avons demandé à partir à peine arrivés: tentative de l'hotelier de faire payer tout le séjour. Ayant indiqué que la loi était de payer une nuit, j'ai payé pour une nuit pour une chambre non utilisable ( tarif de quatre personnes alors que nous étions deux).

Ok hotell for gjennomreise

Meget bra service. Vi kom sent om kvelden og hadde ringt på forhånd for å gi beskjed. (vi brukte dette hotellet fordi det var kort vei ut til løypen i TdF). Da fikk vi koden til ytterdøren, og nøkkelen lå klar i resepsjonen. Det var veldig gode senger, men renholdet var ikke så veldig bra. Vi fant tomme cola-bokser under sengene. Frokosten var bra og hyggelig. I det hele et OK hotell for gjennomreise.

Five of us stayed for the Friday and Saturday night, the staff didnt speak any english and our french is bad but everybody made an effort and we had a great time, the rooms are a bit worn but very comfortable.we were able to lock the motorbikes in a secure underground garage,the food was great and the area is beutifull.we would stay again if in the area and recomend to fellow bikers.

Hotel bien situé pour la proximité des pistes de ski, cependant, des chambres vieillissantes avec un confort moyen. Une prestation très moyenne rapport qualité prix comparé à certains hotels aux alentours. Petits déjeuners excessivement cher pour un adulte par rapport à la diversitié du buffet. Je ne recommande pas.

Très déçu ! Cet hôtel est idéalement situé si vous voulez faire que du ski, or pour se rendre dans une grande ville il faut compter au moins 1h45... De plus l'accueil est plutôt froid voire inexistant.
