Not one bad thing to say!

Very funky and cool hotel with all the amenities and wonderful hotel employees running it! I was so happy to have found that place. Right in the heart of town, they offer you a parking pass and a free welcome drink when you arrive. Gotta love that! 2 Thumbs Way up!

Loved the hotel and the concept. It was pretty confusing to get around the place though! For sure could use a map for guests! They gave us complimentary drink tokens but they were not very clear on what and when we could get those. Had a great time but would love to see some options for meals in the hotel during the day. We weren’t able to find the breakfast options the next morning so ended up near by at a restaurant.

Stay here!!!

Absolutely stay at the Moxy Asheville! Highlights…1. Stunning views from the restaurant/lounge upstairs. The hostess was fine with us walking out to the porch to take in the views. 2. So many free games on the “upper lobby”. Shuffle board, arcade game and tons of board games. 3. The room is small but super clean and modern. And the shower was awesome. 4. You get “Moxy bottle caps” when you check in that you can use towards free drinks during your stay. 5. We were staying to be close to the Orange Peel for a concert, and could not have been more convenient. We pre-gamed in the cute lobby/bar area, ate a Few slices of pizza from a carry-out pizza joint (Manicomio) only three door up, used our bottle cap free drinks. The lobby served as a cool hangout spot. Corey was super helpful at check-in. The hotel may cost a little more than others, but totally worth it. Parking was only about $15 and right next to the hotel.

Not a lot for a lot of $$$$

The King std accessible room has one night stand, one chair w/ a swivel table top, but no mini fridge, no place to put your keys, wallet or anything (such as an entertainment center). The lighting in the bathroom was piss poor at best. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to shave and to give my wife enough light to put on her make-up. Had to go next door to pay for breakfast. At least the bed was comfortable.

Great location. Small rooms. Issues with refunds.

We booked on Hotels.Com and a higher rate rhen the hotel wa advertising. The hotel offered us a discountes rate and we didnt use the breakfast voucher we paid for and the hotel said we had to get the refunded amount (difference in rate and breakfast) from Hotels.Com/Expedia. Fine. When I asked the hotel staff for something at checkout showing they offered me the reduced rate, which the guy at check-in confirmed was in the system, and that I returned the breakfast voucher, they couldn't do anything but produce a blank check out form. Very disappointing. Also, there is NO direction at all when yiu enter the parking deck on how to get to rhe appropriate floor for the hotel. Very confusing. The room (king) while comfortable, was very small. The bathroom was nice and loved the shower. The bar/lobby area was very nice and we enjoyed that area. I would stay there again mostly due to thr proximity to restaurants and bars. I will definitely not book on Hotels.Com due to the difficulties of refunds/reductions when rates change.

Moxy has a fun, hip vibe and is in a great location that is very walkable. The bedding was comfortable, and the balcony is awesome.
