Ótimo hotel, bem localizado, perto do fervo mas em local silencioso. Quarto amplo, agradável, bem decorado e equipado, localização muito boa. Café da manhã servido no terraço, local muito bonito. Ponto negativo: o box de vidro não tem porta, então a chance de molhar o piso do banheiro é grande.

Excelente atención y muy agradables las habitaciones. Todo muy bien. Quizás lo único que no me gustó, pero es algo personal, es que las puertas del baño son algo traslúcidas y no se sienten tanta privacidad, y que la regadera no tiene una puerta y se salpica hacia donde está el lavabo. Pero fuera de esos detalles la estancia fue excelente

Bien plus qu'un hôtel, un véritable chez-soi ! Dès mon arrivée, le personnel m'a fait sentir comme en famille, avec une attention et une chaleur humaine rares. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité de tout, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements. Les lieux sont impeccablement propres et le calme y règne, exactement comme promis. Une expérience à la hauteur de mes attentes, voire au-delà. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation et j'y retournerai avec plaisir lors de mes prochains séjours à Medellín.

The the staff was very kind very nice and helpful. But I had a few problems. I believe the resteraunt called aureo which was shown as open was not opened I went on Tuesday to have a drink and dinner only to see no one was up there at all. Also they advertised laundry service and I asked the staff there was no laundry service at all the breakfast was ok. The best thing about the hotel was the staff

The hotel was okay, services were okay. Breakfast was terrible. The same things everyday; omelette, french toast, sandwich and you can only choose one of them. The same fruit everyday; pineapple, watermelon, papaya. The “ buffet breakfast “ was from 7 o’clock to 10 o’clock, but around 8.30 Most of the time they run out of stuck.
