We really enjoyed our stay here. It was well equipped (coffee machine, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher were all nice additions I wasn’t necessarily expecting), in a good location close to 2 x subway stations and large supermarket, excellent communication from host pre and during our stay as we required.

We love the decoration in the apartment, it was clean and quiet. Close to all the main attractions, restaurant and shops. María was really helpful and explain us everything about the property. She makes us feel welcome. And the had a working lift. We will definitely stay here if we go back to Porto.

Rumbling in the middle of the day possibly due to public transportation, but overall a wonderful place if you don’t mind the walk to and from the center of the old town. It is walkable and there are shortcuts to avoid going back up the incline if you don’t mind paying the money for the transportation

Thomaz Palace was a perfect place to stay in Porto. It had a grocery store and the metro within a 5 minute walk. You can walk to Santa Catarina street within 10 minutes. Lots of shops, pastry locations and the Balhoa Market. We would highly recommend Thomaz Palace.

I’d really really like to give this property five stars. We were greeted by a friendly host who showed us the property and went over everything. For a bit under 600square feet it makes a terrific use of its space with plenty of storage and not one but two bathrooms. A person or a couple could live here comfortably for a real extended stay but has a large refrigerator and full kitchen. Comfortable living area and bedroom. The location is very good and walkable to many restaurants, shoppes, and a metro station. There is also a bus stop just steps away. The singular drawback was in our particular unit as neither toilet worked properly. One would run without stopping so the tank would not fill. The other the tank only dripped full so it may take two hours before it had enough water to flush again. Bothe can be easily fixed and most likely will be. It would not stop me from staying there again. These things happen. Nice people. Nice location. Nice apartment. Highly recommend. 4.5 stars.

Der Service war top, alle 2 Tage neue Handtücher und ein Reinigen des Apartments. Waschmittel, Geschirrspüler Tabs, Duschgel und Shampoo werden aufgefrischt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr modern und gepflegt. Die Apartments sind direkt an einer Straße gelegen, wenn man es also ruhig braucht, dann sind Ohropax für die Nacht ein Muss.

Thomaz Palace Appartment können wir sehr empfehlen. Super Kommunikation, entgegenkommenderweise konnten wir die Koffer schon vormittags unterstellen. Das Appartment war top ausgestattet, Küche mit Markengeräten, bequeme Betten im Schlafzimmer, ebenerdige Dusche und Pflegeprodukte im Bad, Wohnbereich mit Sofa und TV. Nahezu perfekt. Nicht so toll fanden wir die Lage zur viel befahrenen, auch nachts relativ lauten Straße. Wir empfehlen jedem, ein Appartment nach hinten zu buchen. Schön wären auch ein paar Grundzutaten zum Kochen wie z. B. Salz, Pfeffer, Öl gewesen. So mussten wir wirklich jede Kleinigkeit kaufen. Das schmälert aber nicht die grundsätzliche Top-Zufriedenheit.

Appartement très bien agencé et avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir bien pendant un séjour. il y est bien fournit au niveau de la cuisine. lit confortable et douillet (par contre les draps en dessous et dessous de la couette pas très hygiénique pour moi, je préférerais une house de couette au lieu de 2 draps. au niveau de l’insonorisation j’aí été déçue. cette fois ci les hôtes ont fait beaucoup de bruit (au dessus et dans le couloir) et cela m’a incommodé plusieurs fois. mais je recommande cet hôtel car il est ample et bien décoré
