There was no towels, the fold out couch had blood stains , human bodily fluids all over it with no linens, the air conditioner did not work and it kept cycling back on the heat.Even if I had it turned off, stayed over 90° all night.The door locked in operable properly was not disabled.Accessible.It was a horrible , horrible experience that I want my money back on completely

The room was all right besides for the fact that my smart TV was a non-functional and unfortunately because there's no one on staff past 11:00 p.m. I could not fix the issue with the front desk which was a shame because I missed out on a very important conference call which is the reason why I booked the room to begin with I have a client in Japan that is very hard of hearing and it makes it hard for him to see so I typically use a Smart TV so we can share a screen when I do a presentation

Left two days early, ac never worked changed room that sc never got below 78 so I checked out. Ice machine broke , place was run down , little bugs in the sink , my fault for thinking a hotel in Houston u set 60 a night wound be decent . Will not return and would not recommend to anyone

This "hotel" room was absolutely disgusting. The stale smoke and muggy air was the first red flag. Walking into the room, there were dark stains all over the carpet and white stains on the couch. The refrigerator appeared to work (at first).. however, had yellow scum/crust covering the bottom shelf. (By morning, the fridge was warm and not working.) Upon a walk around, the bathroom tub was rusted and chipped. If you dare to use the shower-- shower shoes would be definitely be NEEDED. There was a dead cockroach smeared on the wall (this was the first roach siting.) After brushing my teeth, I turned around to spot the second roach (LIVE) crawling on the bathroom floor. The TV was left on inside the room and there was no way to turn it off manually-- there was also no remote control. I had to call the front desk (from my cell, bc the room phone didn't work. At all-- no dial tone/power) to see if they had a spare remote; they didn't. They apologized and asked me to turn it off manually. I let them know that wasn't a possibility bc this tv had no buttons.... They then told me to unplug it. I couldn't unplug the tv bc the plug was behind the dresser & I couldn't move it (too heavy). I asked if someone could assist with this bc I wanted to go to sleep- without the tv on. Front desk staff came, moved the furniture to access the plug and unplugged it for me. After attempting to get 'settled' I spotted the THIRD roach (alive), crawling on the carpet near the bed. Review continued...1/2

Extremely disappointing. Our room key didn’t work so we had to go to the front desk everytime we needed to enter our room. At the time there weren’t any other rooms available. We should have been told about the situation with the door before we checked in. The next day we got another room with a working door. There was mold in the bathroom and cockroaches in the room. The staff was very nice and professional.

There was no real breakfast. That's false advertising. Under the name of breakfast, they just kept 4-5 stale bagels and very diluted coffee. The rooms were smelly, and the carpets were extremely dirty, as if they had never been vacuumed. The bathroom was filthy, and the door was broken. They also did not provide a key for the room. You have to go to the front desk to ask them to open it every time you go out. Worst and dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in.

NECESITO CAMBIARME DE HOTEL, no tenían llave porque se había dañado su sistema, prometieron darme llave hoy y no me la han dado aun, es incómodo ir a recepción por 3 veces y NO encontrar a nadie para que abra la puerta para ingresar a mi habitación. El desayuno es una porquería, un café con unos panes tiesos. Horrible. Anoche encontré dos chinches grandes en la cama y muchos chiquitos corriendo y era muy tarde cuando llegue, lo maté y asquerosamente salió sangre y lo puse en un papel higiénico, que asco. Era demasiado tarde y anoche estuve en un evento y en la mañana tuve otro evento en el corporativo y salí, se me olvidó mi cargador y regresé a recepcion para que me abrieran la puerta y la recepcionista NICOL por ningun lado. Llegué muy tarde al evento porque me abrió tarde la puerta, no habia nadie. Le dije que había chinches y me dijo que iba a enviar a alguien a revisar, yo le dije que MIENTRAS YO NO ESTUVIERA NO QUERIA A NADIE METIDO EN MI HABITACION POR MI SEGURIDAD Y LAS COSAS QUE TENGO EN MI MALETA. Ella dijo que cuando yo regresara me enviaría a alguien y no envió a nadie. Fui a comprar algo y regresé y le dije que requeriamos revisar el tema de los chiches porque habia amanecido picada y vino a revisar de MALA GANA, mostré los chiches y el video de ellos caminando por las sabanas y me dijo MENTIROSA QUE ESE VIDEO NO ERA DE ALLI PORQUE NO TOMÉ EL VIDEO DE LA HABITACION COMPLETA, SE FUE. BUSQUE Y ENCONTRÉ UN CRIADERO DE CHINCHES EN EL COLCHON VIVOS, QUE ASCO
DOS CHINCHES MUERTOS Y VARIOS VIVOS, LES PUSE CINTA, QUE ASCO, NECESITO QUE ME REUBIQUEN, NO ME PUEDO QUEDAR AQUI HOY. ESTO ES UNA PERDIDA DE TIEMPO PARA MI, TENGO EL VIDEO QUE SI ES DENTRO DE ESTA HABITACION, DIGANME QUE HAGO, ME TENGO QUE IR DE AQU
