It was clean and perfect for a one night stay. We made last minute plans to visit Cooperstown and this was the most decent price, ( In season hotel and motel prices are ridiculously expensive) and this close to town . The View of lake from the room was very pretty. We could sleep with windows open it was very refreshing. We walked down the path to the lake. If you kayak or paddle board this is perfect.

Stayed for the week for Dreams Park tournament. Nice, quiet little motel 10 minutes north of Cooperstown. View of Lake Otsego out of back window. My wife and I had a terrific week. Only downfall was the shower - very tiny but got the job done.

We only stayed overnight and departed before the chickens arose the next day, but the property was clean and pleasant. The lakeside view was beautiful.

We stayed at the Lake N Pines Motel. I couldn't say enough about the scenery! It's absolutely beautiful! The set up of the property is unique in a good way. The motel has separate sections which affords for some nice privacy. We had a second floor room with a private balcony overlooking the water. My favorite part was the gorgeous sunrise! The staff and people there are so friendly! I think I've found my favorite spot. A very nice place to relax.
