As this hotel is newly open recently, the room was clean and tidy, the location is moderately close to railway station. However, the communications prior to arrival was no good.
I sent 2 emails and 2 online inquiries through website before the day of check-in (the earliest piece of inquiry was sent around 5-6 days before arrival), and they sent their first and the only email reply at around 6pm the day I check-in to the hotel. In the email they apologize with "We have a lot of message". This means that the back office staff had no intention to communicate with customers further, once the customer's payment was collected.
