Black scuff marks on walls, doors, and baseboards. Kitchen without measuring cups/spoons, only one small pot (not big enough to boil water for pasta), the usual dull knifes, a small 4 cup motel coffee maker. But there was a blender! (WTH?) Bathroom toilet never shut off. Shower with shampoo, conditioner and body lotion instead of shower gel. Very basic entry level furniture. Smoke detector went off when removing (unburnt) pizza from oven. THIS IS NOT FOUR STAR LODGING.

Great directions to access the place. Great location and beautiful grounds. Many fun things to walk to. Condo had plenty of space and big comfortable beds. Blackout curtains would be nice in the early morning sun. Having a patio was a plus. Also had a nice big gym overlooking the pool. Would stay again.

The property was great, but we weren’t issued a parking pass and arrived after office hours so getting a parking pass to get my car in the garage was fussy and took 2 hours. Then the borrowed parking pass had to be returned. Then the parking system updated and our parking space and we had to get thru that. Lots of “dealing with it” while on vacation.

Had a great stay at this property. My family loved the pool & gym facilities. The greenbelt trail is right out your back door with miles of walking, biking or running. There was a coffee and food truck set up next door one day. The facility has gated, indoor parking with a designated spot. We will definitely stay here again if ever in Boise.

Terrible communication and check in not to mention the $216 EXTRA CHARGE NOT IN YHE LINK but in the fine print ABOVE and beyond for property fee??? cleaning fee and we hadn’t even. arrived?? then there is ZERO communication about how to get in the building. Figure out your parking space access the door with no handle because the door that has a handle doesn’t open after putting your code in and I could go on and on.

One of the nicest stays I have ever had. The apartment was located right along the Boise Greenbelt which I used daily for my cycling. It sits near the river as well, which was nice to go and take a dip in the water. The apartment came with everything anybody could need (kitchen supplies, washer & dryer, etc.) Also had a nice patio to sit on at night. Extremely clean and updated, modern apartment. Close to downtown Boise. Absolutely love every minute of it.
