We stayed in T3, the furthest from town. Large 2 bdrm condo with larger common area. Alejandro was very nice and directed us into the unit, and called a cab for us when we left. Walkable to Santa Cruz and Entrega; we walked to Crucesita once, but it was about 4 miles. Cabs are cheap. The unit smelled of mold/mildew, but opening windows and doors helped. AC works well. Biggest downside: Next door has 5 dogs, which bark randomly at all hours. The neighborhood has several dogs, and they all join in. No views except from the rooftop into town. The property line goes right up to the adjoining neighbor; we stayed in 201 and the neighbors next door and across the way could look right into our bedroom if the blinds are open (easy fix to just close blinds, of course.) Overall, a good place to stay for short period; I wouldn't want to live there.

We were on the 4th floor 2bd. Great big balcony, roomy bedrooms and beds. Two Tvs. AC worked great. Kitchen had basics. We left a bowl we bought to eat cereal since there were only plates, enjoy! FYI you will have to provide tp, paper towels, and trash bags once out. Alejandro and Lorena were responsive and helpful. Pool was small but always clean and great to dip into after an afternoon out. Neighbors were friendly and area was safe and serene. Would stay here again. If you are a self service kind of person this place is perfect.

Elevator was not working the entire stay... we were informed of this prior to our arrival. According to others this is an ongoing problem. Nabani T1 also had their elevators not operating. Rooftop pool [ 6th floor ] not very handy with no elevators. First day on site we found what we were told was lizard excrement in the pool, took maintenance two days to drain/fill... and we were not updated that the pool was ok to use for another two days as our contact was on a day off and not one followed up. Upon arrival we messaged our contact that there was a damaged blind in the living room, and a vanity faucet that was very loose... promised that maintenance would be by at 10am the next day... no one showed up the entire week. Both bathroom showers leak.. one is 'fixed' with duct tape along the glass wall.. the other just pours into the bathroom floor. Kitchen is poorly equipped.. no serving bowls, minimal kitchen tools, no ice cube trays, paring knife, etc. No basic cooking items apart from salt/pepper. Anyone planning on cooking will need to bring everything else. Overall... the building is nice, location is ok with a short walk to town. Back bedroom has no windows, front bedroom is quite loud with dogs barking non stop most nights. overall, lots of potential to make the place nice... but as it is right now it isn't a great value for the price paid.
