We enjoyed how friendly and helpful everyone is, but we wanted to use the pool and whirlpool. The whirlpool was one of the main reasons we chose this location and price, along with free breakfast. The whirlpool was closed and the pool needed a special key. The front desk manager was not available when we went down to get into the pool. We waited around for about 10 minutes and rang the buzzer but no one came and I had to explain to my special needs son why we couldn't swim. The breakfast, though, was very good.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and clean, floors were clean, big plush towels, and they offer Neutrogena complimentary products. Breakfast was good, we enjoyed the "Suite shop" for little snacks and drinks, and the overlook into the hills was beautiful. I'll upload a photo of the amazingly gorgeous, golden sunset we had that evening. Everything about this hotel was wonderful and I'd recommend staying here to anyone. In fact, I'm getting ready to book another stay for this weekend.

Good location. Beautiful room! Was really wanting to use the hot tub but it was closed down.

Smooth checkin...They even allowed us a very early check in without the extra night. Very friendly staff, nice breakfasts, and reasonable price for a huge room. We will def return

Nice hotel!

The hotel was easy to find, right off the interstate. The room was large and well equipped with everything needed. I really liked that there was a separate sink with the mini fridge and microwave to do dishes. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for clothing, 9 drawers total I believe. We did have an issue with the bathroom not being properly cleaned when we checked in but it was resolved once brought to attention. All staff were very pleasant. We did not use any amenities so I can not review those.

Upon entering room, room smelled badly, upon inspection of Bowel movement left in toilet (figuring it was never cleaned) dirty hand towels rolled up on sink, (ready for use) 2 inches of water standing in bathtub. Very loud, room was by the “housekeeping closet” which I think they forgot this room. Unsure if I will book at this hotel again

Place is quiet and clean. Breakfast is okay because of the pandemic you can't really expect a buffet one.

Conveniently located right off the highway but well insulated from the sound of the roads. Room was very large and comfortable for 3 adults. Great value!

Nice place to stay, right off the highway. Not a whole lot around but a file miles away is a target and stores. The soft water was so amazing and made me feel so clean. The beds were comfy and the service is very nice !
