Always stay here when I have an overnight stay in New Albany. Always clean, bed is comfortable. The curtain was removed this time (I’m assuming covid has something to do with it) but there was blinds on the window. Still had a little too much light coming in the room at night oddly enough. Overall, it’s clean, comfy and staff is always polite.

We picked this hotel mainly for the indoor pool and it did not work. Had we known it wasn't working we would have stayed somewhere else

Part of my attraction to this hotel was the indoor pool... it was not working during my stay and I was not advised of this until check in. I had coffee in my room but no coffee pot (room 319).

Pool closed, shower didn't work, toilet tank noisy and slow to fill and float would stick. Breakfast to go was an apple, granola br, and bottle of water in ziploc bag.

The room was not sufficiently cleaned and the mattresses were hard.

We had 3 rooms rented between my family, and two of the shower heads didn't work. We also feel like rates should be reduced during this time where we can't actually access the dining room. We have dietary restrictions and couldn't eat 1/2 of what was provided in the breakfast bags. The folks working there were very wonderful and helpful so I would definitely recommend the hotel based on their service.

Services were nice. Room was pretty clean. We stayed in room 113. Our tv wouldn’t cut off. The toilet stopped up. And we could hear running above us the entire night. It’s also so close to the highway we heard road noise all night. We even had a noise maker on to try and drown out some of the noise but it didn’t help any.
