I enjoyed my stay at the excellent-value Sama Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and can assist you with organising your tours. They assigned me a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable guide, Nasser. Property excellent new renovated windows are sound proof very quite a d neat staff are perfect and helpful room service staff are great daily they are ready for room service Nariman a d I think Mohammad at reception are very cooperative the elevator is renewed and added new one. If I comeback to cairo I am sure I will stay in the same hotel near the hotel many shops and restaurants and easily you can find transportation......I fo recommend the hotel msnagement to control a pathway 1 meter wide between the street where the taxi drop you to the entrance of the hotel because it is very difficult to reach at night a d put large sign board at the entrance showing the name of the hotel

I highly recommend this hotel this hotel center Cairo main load is quite safe I felt and room conditions so well so clean and the staff all kind and warm I remembered the name of “krymkhld”he is helped me a lot move to my luggage checking in and out and delivering breakfast and always ready by around the hotel for the help I again highly recommended

Breakfast was really bad service and at times reception staff can be rude didn’t meet my criteria instead they would just laugh as if it was some kind joke I had young kids and they put us on 2 different floors I specifically requested to have both rooms together and they didn’t take notice of my request. They could have email me and said they don’t have 2 triple rooms on same floor then maybe I wouldn’t book this hotel. They just kept emailing me and saying yes will be done . False hope they gave me. Not very reliable receptionist and didn’t care about customer needs.
