Pros: Location was excellent! Loved the balconies access and enjoyed the view from them. Breakfast food was up for grabs all day long. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Cons: older building. Internet was terrible. You would need to use your data and not depend on the free wifi. I would definitely stay in this Inn again if the price is reasonable.

All I can say is that the units are not as the show in pictures, .Very old no real updates. VERY DATED.Also when you are a cleaner for a living you look for perfection the beds were clean but if you looked a little deeper you find it isnt clean at all. AND LET ME SAY BY NO MEANS IS IT SUITABLE FOR THE ELDERY OR THE DISABLED.

The historical nature and look of the hotel is very appealing. There was a bit of a problem getting the hot water up to our room on the third floor and the air conditioners were a little noisy but not to the point of keeping us awake. We did miss having small night stands and lamps on either side of the bed but we managed. Overall, very pleasant stay.

Theaters Inn is a great historic inn in one of the cutest towns in NH! My room was adequate. What I enjoyed most was using the front and rear balcony porches. Overall, i really enjoyed my stay!

I loved that it was an old historic inn and the atmosphere was great. The staff were wonderful and we loved walking around the building. The only downside was that the shower was very cold and we could not get it to warm up.

It was a great old building. The stair case is amazing! The beds were super comfortable. Floors in hallway were squeaky and the walls were thin. I heard my neighbors like they were in my room. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Easy check in with very friendly staff. I would stay again.
