There was a pretty odorous mildew smell in my room. I notified staff, but did not want to make a big deal about it. Also, the valet messed up my Hyundai Sonata (undiscovered by me until the next morning). There was a significant scrape and bump from another verhical on the back right corner with what appeared to be white paint from another vehicle. So far I have not received a returned call from the valet service. I have other anecdotal evidence to further suggest the fault of the valet: when I first arrived, another group of gentlemen guests in a red SUV rental vehicle were complaining about the evident accident on the front left bumper of their vehicle caused by the valet.
