We got off to a rough start because upon check in our room had not been cleaned and had to move. Next room the TV wouldn't work so after the front desk worked on it they found there was an issue with the whole section. This resulted in move number 3. I ended back up where I was originally supposed to be. The staff was great and tried to make sure I was going to have what I needed. Despite everything this is one of our favorites and we will be staying there again soon.

Great location in the midst of Pigeon Forge. Good variety of restaurants in the area and amazing entertainment for family of all ages. Good customer service. Rooms are in good condition. Maybe need to clean up rugs a little bit.

Was a bit anxious about staying here because some reviews on other websites were not so great… Room was clean and updated. Shower was nice and spacious. Bed was clean and very comfortable. Didn’t have any parking issues and breakfast was good for the price we paid for room. Only complaint was bathroom sink did drain well and being woken up by noisy garbage trucks around 6am every morning!

The room was clean and bed was not bad . Only complaint I have is we asked for room service multiple times and never received it once. And when we would ask for towels or toilet paper they would give us just enough for one day. Also parking is horrendous, trying to find a parking place there was frustrating.

The room was nice a 9/10. The parking was bad. 2/10. We was in back corner opposite the side the only elevator was on. I have bad knees. Some kinda construction or something at 4:45. Alot of loud metal banging, and alot of back up beeper noise..

Coming tbrough and needed a one night stay. This place os decent for 1 night. But not for multiple nights if u prefer clean and safe. The chain latch to our door was broken, like the nails were ha ging out of the wall. And the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, the shower was horrid and the mattress cover was stained terriblt and i couldnt tell if it was jst stained or not washed. The shower was beyond gross,hair dried on boogers.
