Overall I really liked my stay at Flow Miami. The room was spacious and I liked having a kitchen. The location was close to a lot of great restaurants. The gym was excellent, as was the pool. I also liked that there are permanent residents in the building. This made it feel more like a community than a hotel. There was also a wonderful farmer's market right next to the hotel. The only negative things were that, right now, the hotel is surrounded by construction sites, which made things pretty noisy, even on a Saturday. The biggest downside were the shades in the room. They were so thin that they did not block out the sun at all, not even a little. I would suggest getting blackout curtains for the rooms.
