They charged a “damage” charge, when it wasn’t proved that we did it, and the charge was not proportionally to what they allegedly show us that we damage. I tried to talk to the about it and never answered.
Totally disappointed.
Also I'd like to point out a few things:
* We didn't use the TV at all during our stay, so we didn't notice any issue with the remote control.
* Regarding the TV table top, we have photos and videos of the villa taken the day before we left (Saturday, February 8th, not Sunday the 9th). We left early due to a lack of hot water.
* We attempted to contact the property to report the hot water issue and our early departure, but we received no response. We also wanted to inquire about a lost ID belonging to one of our guests.
They never answered in the phone or by via email. Never contacted us until they applied the charge.
Lacked of treatment and communication!!!
