Helt okej boende. Ganska lyhört men gick att sova utan problem ändå. Rummet kändes lite slitet trots att det nyss renoverades, hållaren till toarullen hängde löst och det fanns bara ett duschmunstycke med svagt tryck. Däremot måste jag verkligen poängtera att sängen var jätte skön, mjuk madrass och flera kuddar. Hotellet låg bra inne i centrum och lätt att ta sig runt överallt

Perfect location

This hotel is in the perfect location for the Gas lamp district which is wonderful for restaurants and other stores. The staff of the hotel couldn’t do enough for us and to make our stay a delight. Only draw backs are there is no lift but it’s minor. They will have a bar and breakfast restaurant soon to make it even better.

Never again-

The overall aesthetics seemed OK…but there was no elevator…very inconvenient. Plus the supposed A/C system is horrible…it’s SOOO loud and is really low budget! A tube is stuck through the window but not covered completely, so you hear all of the street noise…like the trash trucks coming at 5am!!

Close, but keep trying.

Very nicely renovated older building. New since February, so prob working out some kinks. Started off bad when we arrived to find out the two King Beds room reserved is no longer available. So two Queen beds for family of 4 is definitely tighter than we hoped. The desk offered us a free late check out the next day to account for the mishap, but didn’t need it as we were leaving early anyway blamed Hotels.com. Nice rooms, but pretty sparsely decorated. A painting. A chair. A rolling hanging clothes rack. Also, the ice machine was empty. Don’t know if it has ever worked

really great service and very accommodating- changed my room upon my request and moved my bags. I also had to leave a day early for a family emergency and they refunded me which was really appreciated. Because of their service, I would come back.

Unique and beautiful hidden Gem!!

A quick escape from Los Angeles—a trip to San Diego is always a pleasure. This place was fantastic and truly amazing. Our stay here is enjoyable. The rooms are elegant, lovely, tidy, and clean. I appreciate that there is a coffee room available, and I can enjoy my morning coffee on the cute little patio outside. We will most certainly return to this beautiful hotel.

Not impressed

Not impressed. The sink in the main room, no closet and tight squeeze between toilet and shower is just awkward. The hardwood floors are charming until you realize you hear every single footstep above you. The IKEA style coat rack reminds me of college.

Buen hotel

Hotel cómodo, ofrecen servicio de café, té, agua y hielo, camas cómodas, agua caliente en la regadera. No logramos conectar la tv a internet del hotel por lo cual no la pudimos usar. se encuentra en una zona de vida nocturna por lo que hay mucho ruido en la noche.

Gorgeous historic hotel - a little too warm for us

This hotel is beautiful. It is in a great location. The employees are very kind and helpful. The only issue we had here was that there is no AC and then also no fan. We'd have been fine with no AC if there was a fan to move the air around, but we were miserable in our hot room. With the window open there still was no circulation, it was hot and very loud outside with the window open. If there was just a fan, I'd want to stay here again and again. We actually contemplated leaving and finding somewhere else to stay we were so hot/stuffy in our room. We were also sad the bar area was closed during our visit. If they add fans, then this place is beautiful and I'd love to come back!!
