As instalações são bonitas e confortáveis. O serviço de quarto foi bom também. Um questão foi que não há controle algum de quem entra no hotel e acessa as áreas onde estão os quartos. Facilmente uma pessoa mal intencionado tem acesso ao local. Além disso não tinha ar condicionado, apenas ventiladores.

Check in was fine, the staff was friendly but when we got to the room the AC didn't work and there was no phone in the room to call the front desk. We were just dropping off our bags before heading back out for dinner and a show so on our way out we mentioned the AC and were told they'd have it looked at when we got back. We got back and the AC still didn't work and it didn't look like anyone had been in. The man we talked to earlier wasn't at the desk and the one who was wasn't aware of the situation and couldn't tell us if it had been looked at. Instead of offering us another room all they offered was a fan. The windows didn't have screens in them and we didn't feel comfortable leaving the windows open during the night because of such and spent the night roasting with only the fan moving some air around. Upon check out and mention of the broken AC the front desk work only said "well I don't know" when I mentioned the situation and then "there's nothing we can do to compensate you for the AC, check with who you booked with." Overall it was a lovely location and building, but service and amenities were severely lacking.

Simone and the rest of the staff were excellent. Everyone was super friendly and not just to us. We'll definitely stay here again. Whoever is doing the hiring is doing a great job. Our only suggestion is to close off the shower stalls and maybe replace the toilet tank insides. (The flushing system was a little janky.)

Great location away from all the hustle and bustle. But I was on the first floor no black out shades so it was way too bright to sleep and so noisy. The room looked clean but felt uncomfortable i felt itchy while in bed and while the bathroom was cleaned there were random stray hairs around. Hallways were too dark and although the esthetic was cool, chic, and modern the room was small, pillows were uncomfortable.

Check in was a breeze and the front desk colleague was polite. We dropped our bags in the room and went out for a night. Arriving back well after midnight to find the AC was not working. It was very stuffy and warm. There is no phone in the room to call down to the desk. I called from my personal phone and no body answered. I then went down to see if we could change rooms and no one was around the front desk. Upon checking out I was told “sorry” and that was it. No offer of anything. While waiting for our uber two other guest who had just checked in came down to complain about the AC. They were moved to another room, but the AC still Was not the best. There is no night stand near the bed. The room in just full of random furniture to take up space. No outlets close to the bed to charge devises so they were across the room. Then the window was stuck slightly open so we could hear all the noise from the street. I will not be staying again.

For the price, this hotel did OK. It was clean, very nice bathroom although shower amenities were small. Issues with both TV’s in the room- one did not turn on at all and the other only worked on an Amazon Firestick, so no access to Live tv for news or sports unless you logged into your own live stream account. Also- AC was sketchy. Didn’t work at all in bedroom. The living room worked sporadically. We ended up opening a window. We were on 3rd floor and it was not too noisy.
