We love to stay here. It's close to the stae beach/park and within walking g distance to the boardwalk but far enough away to be quiet. Gary is great!!! The rooms are simple but clean and well maintained.

We were attending a concert and just needed a place to lay our heads. Maybe a 15min walk to casino ballroom. Also right next to the state park beach so I spent a few hours there before heading home. I would stay again. Just a little problem that the sheet popped off the corner in the middle of the night. Woke up hugging the uncovered mattress 🙁

We didn't have a kitchen, just a basic motel room -- bed, TV, bathroom, air conditioning, and it was quiet -- no screaming or noise from other guests. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was great with plenty of hot water. Nothing fancy and we didn't need "fancy." We were very pleased to be able to check in early and have a place to park the car rather than having to wait until 3:00 PM, and the manager was really nice!! This location is the furthest down the beach I've ever stayed, but everything was still within walking distance, albeit a little bit farther. For the price AND for the "luxury" of being able to book just one night instead of having to book for two nights made this place very worthwhile.
