My partner and I stayed in the Upper Stories where we were granted our request for a Mountain View facing the steeper San Jacinto mountains on the West side. It was definitely worth it and special thanks to Concierge Verne for looking out on this request. One drawback: no bar service at the pool for Upper Stories (no plan to bring it back anytime soon either according to my convo with bar at Lola Rose) so we basically only did the Main pool which was the most spectacular and scenic experience, but get there early like 9-10 am early to save seats Thi-Sat. Sun was more mellow and seats do open up again around 3. Everything from the DJs on Saturday and Sunday to the bartenders and servers and manager Maurice was just top notch. Big props to Abel who took such great care of us over our 5 day stay. Really the service here was like icing on the cake and the entire stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend. If you’re torn between Upper Stories and main areas, the Main resort has rooms with great views too just not as many to my knowledge. If you can get a view in the main area, take the energy unless you just want totally quiet do Upper Stories. Pool there is great if you plan to be sober or want to carry Togo cups back and forth from the Lola Rose bar just a short walking distance away. Oh and food btw, really damn good. Nice selection of pool side bites. Lola Rose was great for quick pre-drinks and healthy apps before dinner and Bar Issi downstairs has the best happy hour.

Our check-in was supposed to be at 4 pm. We were told that our room would not be ready until 5:30 at the earliest. We had a restaurant reservation at 6:00 pm for my birthday at the restaurant. We were given a room downgraded at 5 o'clock. When we moved in, there were no toiletries in the bathroom. There was only one robe and no slippers at all. Only after we called, they brought us slippers. We were promised a $100 credit. When we checked out, they refused our credit, saying they couldn't refund it to our card. But we can only use this credit at the hotel. The service at this hotel is extremely poor. The managers are incredibly rude, without even a hint of guilt. I will never stay at this hotel again and I don't recommend it to anyone. The service is worse than in motel.

The rooms are so noisy. Walls are thin, I heard neighbors next to me like they were in my room. The road that the rooms face is busy and loud. The glass doors do not block the sound, which continues all night. Despite the nice bedding it was tough to sleep. Maybe rooms that face a different direction are better, but those on Indian Canyon aren’t good for sleeping.

Excellent staff. Valet is fast and professional. Clean new hotel with great amenities. Loved the complementary mimosas in the morning and wine in the evenings. Calm relaxing atmosphere. Walking distance to great restaurants with delicious vegan options. Will definitely return!

Leider war mein Aufenthalt nicht so wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte. Das Zimmer war zur Strassenseite und der Lärm war enorm, da kaum eine Lärmisolierung vorhanden ist sondern nur eine billige Glasbalkontür. Man hatte das Gefühl die Autos fahren direkt an einem vorbei. Zusätzlich haben auch die Minibar und weitere Geräte Lärm gemacht, sodass ich trotz Oropax kaum schlafen konnte. Das Hotel ist sich des Problems offensichtlich bewusst, denn Sie haben angeboten eine "noise cancelling machine" ins Zimmer zu stellen. Ich habe am nächsten Tag gefragt ob ich das Zimmer wechseln könnte und nur nach mehrmaligen Fragen und Druck wurde mir ein alternatives Zimmer im Courtyard angeboten. Der Strassenlärm war weg aber die Zimmer sind äusserst ringhörig. Für den Preis sollte man eine viel bessere Qualität erwarten können und ich würde das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Despite a stated 4:00 PM check-in, we were not able to access a room until 4:45 PM, and only after proactively asking whether any room was available. We were then moved to a different room. Even after being checked in, our luggage did not arrive for an additional 45 minutes, requiring two separate trips to the front desk to have it sent up. As a result, we effectively lost our entire afternoon due to the check-in process. The following day, our room was not serviced, despite texting housekeeping in advance to request service. We again had to contact the front desk to resolve the issue. Additionally, the Upper level did not consistently deliver on the advertised promise of complimentary snacks and beverages three times per day. On multiple occasions, these offerings were not available. The Upper pool area was also not maintained to an acceptable standard of cleanliness. Given the price point of this property, the overall level of service fell well below expectations. We would appreciate appropriate consideration or compensation for these shortcomings.

Property is beautiful and great vibe. Staff was amazing and so friendly and helpful. The Lola Rose lounge was fun day or night. Gym was clean and amenities were great. My only complaint is that The Lola Rose restaurant food was always cold. Very very dog friendly and look forward to staying at the property again soon.
