Nice clean place for the age of the building. Even though it's located near the highway, it's quiet. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We were given complimentary bottles of water with cheese crackers.

I stayed in Nocona at the Budget Inn because I was riding in the Tour de Muenster 30 miles away. I did not stay in Gainesville because hotel prices were dramatically increased for that weekend. The Budget inn price was $66.

Filthy, old, worn-out. Reality is nothing like the picture posted to advertise the property. Absolute fraud and deception. There is no way this property is rated 8.0 by 24 legitimate guests. Most of the people staying at this place are long term residents.

Motel pas cher, mais agréable

Pour le prix, il ne faut pas vous attendre à un palace. Motel sympa, tenue de manière familiale. L'accueil est chaleureux, la dame est souriante et agréable. La chambre est petite, mais fonctionnelle et suffisante. Par contre, elle manque cruellement d'entretien. Les serviettes sont propres mais tellement usées qu'elles ont des trous. L'ensemble est vieux et en etat très moyen. L'insonorisation est inexistante. La route est proche et passante.

This was probably the worst place we have ever come in to, condition wise. Full pictures to show the condition of this room bed bug test was positive for bugs. Ended up having to trash our own personal pillow cases and blanket. We were in the room less than an hour and left.
