We had a wonderful stay! Great location! Close to many food options, golf cart rental. Walking distance from the international ferry from Chetumal.

One of the original businesses on the island still owned by a local family. Ideal location, near everything in the center of town and the beach. Owner goes above and beyond to make sure everything is great.

The room was great, very clean and there was daily service. I stayed for 2 weeks and it worked well but I did end up missing some conveniences like a microwave or hot plate and a coffee maker. There is a fridge though and plenty of outdoor communal spaces. The property is well taken care of and the staff are wonderful. It’s very conveniently located, near the water, activities and lots of food options. I rented a golf cart and could find parking within a block of the location at most hours of the day. I felt safe staying there alone, there was security and the main entry was locked 24/7.

Very comfortable. Great location. Staff was helpful and friendly. The toilet location in the bathroom was a tight squeeze but clean and well stocked with toilet paper, towels, and complimentary shampoo and shower gel. The clothes line in the shower was an unexpected feature. We thought it was odd at first but found it quite convenient. A couple of luggage racks would have been helpful. We had to store our luggage on the floor, which was a small tripping hazard.

The location is great - right near the caribbean sprinter ferry - this is convenient if you are going to other islands. The staff was amazing. Friendly and attentive. The other hotel guests were not the best - rude, clipping their toe nails on the common area furniture, hanging their underwear on the patio furniture like a clothes line. There is a dog that barks consistently. It’s very very noisy.

We were greeted by the owner Chefy who was a joy to talk to and we were treated very nice. Very nice clean room on the second floor. Enjoyed our stay in San Pedro, the hotel is in a convenient location in the town and within walking distance to many stores, bars and restaurants. Will be staying at La Casa de Paz the next time we are in town.

This will be just another repeat of all the great reviews for this place. I have zero complaints. The location is great. The suggestions from Chefy were terrific and the room was just what we needed. AC worked wonders. Nice hit water and Netflix for the day we were stuck in due to rain. I would recommend this location to anywho and and cannot wait to return.

The property is a bit hidden but we actually walked right past the sign above the door on the side street. Chefy at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. The room was basic but clean with comfortable beds. Provided was body wash, shampoo and hand soap, small hair dryer, frig but no way to make coffee in the room. Many places to eat in the area. On a Main Street so could be quite loud at times at night.

staff was so friendly. steps from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. sprinter water taxi dock is nearby. since it was close to the beach, always seemed like someone cleaning the common areas, stairwell, etc to clean up after the tracked sand. room was clean. included body wash and shampoo. stayed for 7 days and will most likely stay here again if it’s available the next time i come back to san pedro.

What a pleasant stay in the heart of the caye! Chefy, the owner, was extremely hospitable and accommodating, both prior to arrival, from sharing the most convenient water taxi to catch to his property to allowing us to check in a bit early and also upon check out from carrying our luggage downstairs to storing our luggage for a couple of hours. His hotel is in the midst of the hustle and bustle and is in walking distance to many of the caye's local cafes, restaurants, and bakeries!

We stayed here for one night. Check in was great and the room was clean. The bed was okay, a little hard for our liking. It was relatively quiet, couldn’t really hear any “neighbors”. The location is central to downtown San Pedro, which was great. It’s literally just a bed and a bathroom; not sure how it would be for a long stay.
