Absolutely nothing was as advertised. Rooms were not cleaned adequately, pool was unusable and had not been cleaned in I don’t know how long.Parking lot had about a dozen abandoned vehicles. Check in time was 3pm I arrived at 4pm and my room was not ready and wouldn’t be for at least another hour. Had to settle for a room I didn’t want. Room door was so bad you push the entire bottom corner in with your foot. Too many other issues to mention here. AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS.

The bathroom towels had stains. One matched the color of the paint in the bathroom. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. No vent fan for when you showered. Not enough towels. When asked for more we were told there were none. There was a gap in the exterior door. Broken down abandoned vehicles in the parking lot. This is not at all on track with the Super 8 brand we have come to know. Would not return. Will not recommend.

Room was dirty. Housekeeping did not Clean the room, period. The toilet & tub was dirty. They just pulled the sheets back on the bed and did not change them. I asked to have the bed made with fresh sheets but I didn’t sleep on them. I bought a sheet set from Walmart and put on top of the bed. This hotel needs a serious remodel with up to date technology. Even the wall trims (wood) were dusty. Night stand dirty. Awful.
