位置優越，旺中帶靜，徒步可到鐘樓、鼓樓及回民街；附近有不同價位的食肆，樓下就有Starbucks，不同方向多走個幾十步就有瑞幸咖啡店。 入住時負責職員態度非常好，處理也很快速，其餘遇到的職員，也是笑容滿面的。 房間的間隔是有點特別，動線不太方便，但整體是舒適整潔的。我去的時嘅還是供暖季節，也沒有覺得太侷促。往戶外的門還配有防蟲網，開著門也不怕有蚊蟲進入室內。 另外，叫外賣的話，是有機械人送到房門口的喔！

職員非常有禮貌,早餐時會推介美食. 浴室內有浸腳池,遊西安,日行最少2萬步,回酒店能浸浸腳,真舒服.如酒店能提供浴鹽就更好. 整体來說,非常滿意.唯獨房間內的暖氣不能調低,有點不習慣.

Amazing location so close to all The attractions and food, staff was helpful with moving luggage, and were able give us lake checkout. The breakfast was lovely and the free washing machine and dryer were a HUGE plus after 7 days of traveling. They weren’t busy so I didn’t have to wait. Definitely a great stay! They provided us with plenty of daily water which we appreciated.

First of all the hotel location is best can be. Very close to all city attractions - walking distance, located in quiet and very green area with plenty of restaurants around. Hotel is very clean, very high standard. Room was huuuge. Bathroom and separate toilet. Free beverages and fruits every day. Cleaning every day. Reception staff very helpful and kind. I think best stay I have had this year (or beyond).

Sehr großes Zimmer, hilfsbereites und aufmerksames Personal vom housekeeping über Rezeption bis Restaurantmanager. Die kleinen Willkommensgeschenke waren toll. Das Frühstück war toll und für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei, wobei der Fokus selbstverständlich auf chinesische Küche ist. Ein kleines Manko, dass die Fenster etwas besser Schallisolierung vertragen können. Aber es störte nicht sehr.

Overall it was a great xp, room was very clean and smelled fresh when I entered. Breakfast was great and comprehensive. Staff was helpful and courteous. The only caveat for me was the insufficient lighting in the vanity area. I could not see myself well in the mirror with all the dark and back lighting. Otherwise great job

Wir hatten für drei Personen gebucht. Als wir angekommen sind, wurde uns ein drittes Extra Bett angeboten. Ohne Aufpreis, das fanden wir klasse. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstraße und trotzdem in wenigen Minuten im Leben der Stadt. Ein Punkt möchten wir noch erwähnen, der aber nicht die Bewertung einfloss, weil alles andere einfach top war. Der Lichtschalter für Bad und Klo ist etwas ungünstig angebracht, so dass man ihn nicht wirklich findet. Die Tür zum WC ist magnetisch, so dass die Tür von alleine zugeht bzw. immer dicht ist. Eigentlich klasse, aber wenn einer aus dem Zimmer nachts aufs Klo geht, dann klackt die Tür laut zu und der andere wacht auf. Vielleicht kann man hier noch eine Dichtung rein machen, ein Gummi oder etwas, dass es nicht so laut ist. Aufgrund der Lage des Hotels und der Ausstattung würden wir beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wieder hier herkommen.

Absolutely loved this hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. Comfortable, easy to get to via DiDi from the station. Great walk to the Drum and Bell Towers, plus the old city wall. Plenty of shops and restaurants .
