This hotel is close to many restaurants and shops. Staffs were very kind and kept my baggage before check-in and after check-out. They gave me some amenities like coffee and tooth brush. Double bed room was bit small but very clean with comfortable bed. Totally, it was nice stay for solo traveler.

It's a nice hotel but the small fridge did not work properly and the 3rd bed I suspect was a fold out couch / bed. I also sent the hotel questions about luggage transport a few days prior to arrival but my messages went unanswered and I had to send my luggage to Yamato office to pick up later. I think more details for 1st time travellers will help avoid confusion. The staff were very friendly and the housekeeping staff were very friendly too.

My go-to stay every time I’m in Tokyo

The staff is always extremely friendly and professional. I swear by this hotel and recommend it to all my friends. An easy 10 minute walk from Ikebukuro Station (major hub for transiting with the JR lines/Yurakucho/Marunouchi) and right by Sunshine City (Pokémon Centre) and Otome Road (Kbooks, Book Off, Animate). A must stay for all your otaku needs as a business hotel and a fantastic shopping experience.

Our stay was overall good, the staff was accommodating and helpful. There were vending machines, free drinks and a microwave in the hotel. Some drawbacks: stains on the walls in our room, the hotel smelled like smoke pretty much everywhere and the hotel was not eco friendly. The towels were replaced every day even if hanging and when we requested no room cleaning, they provided clean towels anyway. There are multiple combined washer/dryers that were helpful to have but the dryer was not great, took 3 extra drying sessions and some items were still damp.

Convenient place to stay

Location is good, in city center, lots of shops and resturants around. 5 minutes walk to Ikebukuro station. Staff is nice. Luggage storage is possible on check-in and check-out date. Room is generally clean but quite small for 2 persons and a bit old. You are not able to change the temperature of the air cond. All you can only control is “high mid low” of the wind. In general, not an extraordinary stay but not bad.
