Room I was assigned did not remotely resemble the photo of the room posted on Hotels.com. Lighting was hardly sufficient. There were no lamps other than the light fixture on the ceiling. The room was not ready at check-in time -- the staff person said I was an hour early, but they had not changed the clocks to an hour later because of the time change which happened earlier that day. Check-in was therefore delayed over an hour. Window above a.c. unit was not locked nor lockable.

The room had bed bugs. One of the drawers was missing out of the dresser. The remote was filthy…crust and dirt all over the remote. A hole is in the front door. There is approximately a 2 inch opening under the door….cold air flowing freely under the door.

I paid for superior room non smoking, but when I went to the room, it was a dirty one and smoking, carpet never got shampoo or replaced. Was my worst experience in a motel. I don't want that room not even for $10 the night. The staff didn't want to help me.

Not a good place, if I could give a negative rating I would. Nasty on top of nasty. Not as advertised at all. Hotels.com should be ashamed of placing this place on your website. The smell was awful and we slept in the car.
