On the hold it was very adequate for My one night stay. Bec the receptionist was fantastic. Maybe a paint job in the room would make it look more presentable. My bed was comfortable. The bed side lights were not working properly. A tea towel would have been helpful and more milk or maybe a little bottle. Very limited choice for tea. I loved the secure parking. On the whole I thought it was good value for money & would stay again. Thank you to all the staff.

Good value, will definitely use it again. The apartment has washing machine and dryer. Very comfortable bed. Thet can do better with arranging furniture to accommodate the three of us, however it's not a major drama.

The building and room had a very strong rubbish smell which was worse as we entered the corridor outside our room. The room as we entered also smelled, so strong we couldn’t leave the balcony door closed. We thought we had sufficiently gotten rid of the smell before we went to bed, but it was so strong (I think coming through the wall behind our bed) that it woke me during the night and we had to reopen the balcony door. Other than that the decor was quite pleasant but we couldn’t enjoy the stay.

No housekeeping, basic hotel

Hotel is located away from tourist attractions. There is nothing much in the vicinity of the hotel. I booked it for the free parking. When I booked the hotel, I did not know that there was no house-keeping! But the receptionist was good enough to provide a fresh set of towels, toiletries and bottled water. The bed and room was ok-no complaints there. The reception closes at 6pm daily, so if you arrive late, you have to call a hotline for directions on how to get your room keys- that caused us some anxiety!

The property was under whelming.....smelly....noisy and just not a nice place.Expedia should make it quite clear when booking thru them you don't get a daily service.The hotel staff at front desk where not very helpful and i won't book thru expedia again.

The doors closing to the apartments are very noisy as is the lift. The microwave in the kitchen is so big that it takes up much too space. The only power point in the kitchen is behind the microwave making it hard to use the toaster or kettle. The lounge furniture in our apartment was stained, old and very uncomfortable. Cigarette butts found on our balcony and around the pool area. I did appreciate that there was an after hours number which I utilised when I could not use the oven. I was given instructions on the ovens use. The apartment was in dire need of refurbishment. The drap s in the lounge and bedroom allowed light to penetrate them and made it difficult to sleep.car parking was very limited. We may stay at hotel Chino again due to its location however hope that our comments here are considered and not dismissed with excuses.

I only stayed overnight so did not see the facilities. I was visiting the PA Hospital & was out all day. It was an easy walk from there to the hospital. The bed was comfortable & the room quiet. The reception staff member was friendly & welcoming.
