Had a lovely stay here, the place is very clean, very nicely and thoughtfully decorated and designed. It is conveniently located very close to the city, market, and a short drive to Roma Termini. Will definitely be looking to book it again if available on my next trip to beautiful Roma.

Mal , su check Inn virtual es malo , no contestan todo el dia , te mandan un correo que no los contactes que están revisando y nadie atiende eso , estuvimos en la calle en roma sin poder entrar por que no nos enviaban la clave , el barrio horrible y peligroso , nos rompieron el cristal del auto y nos robaron el equipaje , el aire acondiconado apagado y el control en una caja transparente para no poder usarlo , nos asamos de calor , TERRIBLE experiencia .

This was a nice place, but in a pretty run down area of town. Graffiti was on all of the walls around the place including the entrance door. The worst part was the AC did not work. The highs in Rome were over 90 degrees DF the day we were there and the place was so hot. We contacted the rental manager and she sent a manual over a dozen pages long and was not helpful in getting the unit to work. We were very disappointed.

This was the worst travel experience I’ve had in over 20 years of international travel. Limehome blatantly advertises this property as “air conditioned” — but the A/C did not work for a single day of our 2-week stay. Temperatures inside the unit exceeded 31°C (88°F) daily and never got below 28°C (82°F). I reported the issue repeatedly, begged for multiple fans (only one arrived after 48 hours), and was told to “give it time. It should get better.” Our four young children, including a 3-year-old, had to sleep in sweltering heat, waking up drenched in sweat every night. Other families staying there confirmed the same problem — this wasn’t a fluke, it was a building-wide failure. Many of these other families left immediately or after just one night because the conditions were so bad. Limehome has no staff on-site, no ability to fix serious problems, and clearly no regard for the wellbeing of guests. When I complained after the trip, they offered a pathetic refund as a “gesture of good will” and won’t take responsibility for anything. Book this place if you enjoy heat exhaustion and being treated like you don’t matter. Rome was great, and the people were mostly nice, but many of the locals in Pigneto don’t want you there. Be aware of your surroundings and avoid walking alone at night. If you do decide to book the property, here’s a pro tip: run the shower on cold and blow a fan on high through the water to take a brief break from hell on earth.

I stayed at limehome Rome Via Fortebraccio (Comfort Studio with Terrace) for three nights, expecting a restful and comfortable experience, but it fell far below expectations. • The air-conditioning was completely non-functional the entire stay, despite outdoor temperatures over 30°C. • My family struggled through three sleepless nights, barely managing two hours of rest each night due to the extreme heat. • The mattress was poor quality, saggy and uncomfortable. • The pillow was almost nonexistent — thin, flat, and offering no support. • The sofa bed was unusable, providing no proper sleeping surface even for a child. • We raised the issues multiple times via phone, messages, and in person, but the staff did nothing to help. Overall, this stay was deeply disappointing. While the property may look appealing online, the reality was uncomfortable, unresponsive, and far below the promised standard. I would not recommend this place to other travelers.

This was sooooo much more than a room, it was like a small apartment. Modern, updated/new, extremely clean and the location, near to a train station was awesome. The local restaurants and grocery stores made everything extremely convenient and stress free.

My daughter and I stayed at your property April 9th-15th. We found Limehome through Expedia packages. We were very happy that this apartment had everything we needed. It was very clean, spacious and cozy. I loved that we could walk to the Metro and the Todias market from our place and that there are cute cafes and restaurants in walking distance. I would definately come back again. Thank you for a wonderful stay Cameron and Sienna :)

I really liked the place, but our room was not ready when it was supposed to be, and no one was communicating that to us. Because there is no one on site and you have to get in with access codes (that they didn’t give us when we were supposed to have them), I was stuck standing on the street with three kids, my elderly parents, and all our luggage for an hour. Once we could get in, the place was lovely.

Elegante, nuovo, nel cuore del Pigneto.

Appartamento nuovissimo, confortevole e pulito. Location silenziosa ed elegante. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro e dai locali del Pigneto. Unica pecca, avevamo chiesto il check-in anticipato cliccando il form precompilato, ma non abbiamo avuto riscontro, né positivo, né negativo. Consigliato!
