Very good location, clean and convenient. The AC was good and the room was on first floor so not so many steps. It has a small elevator as well.

This was the perfect spot for our trip to Rome! It's right in the middle of everything; just a few minutes walk to the Colosseum and so many great restaurants. The staff was very communicative before our arrival to ensure that we had everything that we needed before checking in. We had a wonderful time at this hotel!

It's a funky place, in that it is in an old building with a teeny, tiny elevator, and the outside of the building doesn't indicate 163 Boutique Hotel anywhere. HOWEVER, once you are inside, and inside your room, it is modern, lovely and well appointed. We loved our room, and the bathroom was a dream with the rainshower and large jet tub. It was a little weird to get used to using our phones to unlock everything, (you absolutely must have internet access) but it worked flawlessly and was very safe. The location is amazing, walking distance to so much: restaurants, shops, important sites, etc. The staff is only there certain hours, and the strength of their English varies, but overall this was a great stay, great location and really lovely, wonderful, artistically decorated room. We would definitely stay here again.

Myself and my partner visited Rome and we couldn’t ask for a better hotel room. The room was clean, the staff are friendly and it’s a stones throw away from the Colosseum and the Trevi fountain, alongside plenty of places to eat. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Rome!

Super consigliato!
